JustJunk was so easy to use. I called them up and arranged a pick up for the next day. Mayson and Carston called 30 minutes before they arrived. I showed Manson the 3 areas where we had “stuff”, everything from old furniture to bags of garbage. We were cleaning up a rental property. Mayson gave me a quote and I said go ahead. They were super polite and efficient. We helped them and he took money off at the end! They filled the truck and made arrangements to come right back for the rest. I would highly recommended them.

Booked online on a Saturday, got a fast Tuesday appt without hassle & on my time schedule! Huge thank you & shout out to David & Boris from Just Junk. David is very friendly and funny but also professional. Showed up on time and was done before the estimated time was up. Was only going to get rid of two items but ended up being able to get rid of 4 large pieces without it being too expensive. Quote was fast, no pressure & price was excellent. Will use this service again for all my junk removal needs!

I had the service come in to clear out the remaining furniture and general junk left in my house (I'm moving). They called me before they came, showed up right on time, and were super polite. Picked up everything really quickly, didn't make a mess -- I had a lot to get rid of, and they were done much more quickly than I'd ever thought. A bit on the pricey side, sure (compared to simply renting a bin) but seeing as I had neither the time nor wherewithal to deal with all the junk myself it was definitely worth it.

Personable, friendly and prompt service. 4 stars instead of 5 simply because their prices were higher than anywhere else I called. The same day service set them apart from the others which is why I chose them. As a landlord, sometimes you need junk removed ASAP. I would recommend them as well as use their services again.

The two young men who came to provide an estimate for renovation materials removal were courteous and professional. They showed experience in providing their estimate in that they realized the pile of debris was not nearly as large as it appeared (because of the way it was improperly stacked in a heap in the carport). Their estimate was less than half ($200.00 less !!) of the estimate we received from another company that day. After loading the debris and seeing how little space it took in the truck, they charged us even less than the estimate. VERY happy with the service, honesty, and price. Definitely recommend.

It was an eye opener today when I came to the conclusion that I am a hoarder. I was in tears, I needed things out immediately. They were able to come a hour later. Took everything I asked them to take. They were so well mannered and polite. They didn’t judge me at all, they were fantastic. The rates were amazing as well.
