Last minute pick-up from personal contacts fell-through and we needed to vacate everything in our garage before we moved out of town in 2 days. Just Junk was not only easy to book (online) but they were available within hours of booking and came early within the scheduled window. They were quick, friendly and professional. They even swept our garage to tidy up dust and dirt! We are so thankful for their service and responsiveness.

This was an incredibly easy service to use. I was able to make a booking within about 24hours and it could have been even sooner if that would have worked for me. I got a call about ten minutes into my two-hour window to say the truck would be there in about 5-10 minutes and they were. The person who was on the phone was kind and helpful and upbeat! They sized up the junk pile quickly and then gave a quote that was totally aligned with what the online estimator had suggested. It took barely any time at all for the these two to load everything up and the payment process was seamless. A++ would recommend for all your junk removal needs.

Not the cheapest option for junk removal (we paid $240 for 1/4 truck load), but the service was very efficient and convenient. Great service. Two gentlemen arrived on time and did a bathroom demolition for me. Removed bathtub, tiling, toilet, vanity, large mirror and old vinyl flooring. All material was carefully removed from the house and disposed of in about 2 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I called Just Junk with a request to remove two full loads of assorted junk over 2 days. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and with careful stacking and loading were able to squeeze in all but a couple of larger items. I had estimated the loads so no fault of theirs. The guys even advised up front what might not fit and gave me the choice of what to keep. I had compared the cost of renting a dumpster vs Just Junk and there was no contest. Virtually the same price. In fact I was able to get an AMA member discount which actually made Just Junk cheaper, and they did all the hauling and loading and were in and out in an hour. Plus no problem with people sneaking un-wanted items into a dumpster at my expense. I highly recommend Just Junk to anyone looking for fast, efficient and cost effective junk removal.

I had Dan and Mason come to my house to remove some things from my basement. One of them being a massive freezer that was extremely heavy and awkward to take out. These guys are extremely hard working, fast, polite, on time, reliable and honest. They have a really hard job to do, and are still very friendly the whole time. I can’t think of anything negative to say. I thought they deserved a good tip, so I gave it to them. This is the second time I’ve had just junk come by, and both times I was extremely happy with what was done. I will use you in the future again when I need to. Thank you so very much!!!

We used pictures on website to estimate our cost, which we figured would be about $270-$280. . Our load only consisted of one couch, one loveseat, one chair, one coffee table, one bbq, 2 bookshelves, one trunk. There was a pile of garden junk we didn’t need, like chicken wire, planting pot, and some branches. We put it all in nice pile on driveway, made it real easy to take away! Just Junk shows up and says our pile is the biggest available and our cost is over $500 !!! Based on my pile, and the biggest picture you have. You tell me if Igot charged too much. Right now my wife/I feel very disappointed, we feel ripped off! Now I know we didn’t have to accept what driver said for price, but we already committed to putting everything on our driveway we felt “our hands were tied”. Where would we put our junk if we said no to new price? Very Sad Feeling !!!
