Brought soft plastic bags mixed paper and a heavy box of magazines. They wouldn't take my magazines. Person was rude and unhelpful, he wouldn't give me any suggestions where I could drop them off to recycle. I was surprised that they wouldn't recycle magazines.

This place routinely closes well before their actual closing time. When I confronted the manager about that fact, he simply said that it's "almost closed". Either update your hours to say 4:30, or stay open until 5:00pm like your website says you are. I'm also guessing that these depots are subsidized by the government, which is paying for this service to operate certain hours.

Accepts most recyclables, large parking lot so you can keep distance and count bottles at your car. These guys provide expected service for min wage/near min wage earners.

I go here now instead of the location on third street now. Staff is quick and organized. As clean as possible considering the volume. Happy overall with this location.

I used to work at a bottle depot as a kid. Customers would ALWAYS come 5 mins before close and then complain when you shut the door on them. These guys don't make overtime. If you want good service come early.

I am appalled at the behaviour of the manager, who routinely closes and locks the doors well before the advertised closing time. And if I happen to be there close enough to closing time, he “helps” count out things and the amount of payout I receive always seems much less than when I arrive with things pre-counted, as if he’s punishing me by taking some of the bottles for himself. He is rude to customers and tries to refuse service every time it’s even remotely close to closing time. Then he rants and belittles latecomers. I cannot believe he is still allowed to work there, let alone be given the responsibility of manager. Real customer service means not trying to scare off people just because you want to go home early. If it’s so hard to let someone in close to closing, change your hours and be prepared to stay. Many folks who return bottles are already suffering from lower socioeconomic status. They don’t need to be treated as if they’re not worthy of decent customer service.

One of the staff who worked there yelled at me and called me names for no reason like he was on drugs and I was just walking pass the store. He was the shaven, skinny White guy who wore a baseball cap.

Got turned away 10 minutes before closing and told to come back next day. God forbid anyone here has to work a few minutes overtime.

Easy drop off, all organized by various types of recyclable Items-I was dropping off a broken TV and was impressed by how organized everything was. Staff directed me to the appropriate bin for tvs, and I was on my way!

I used return it express i stopped bring my bottle there couse I bring a lot of bottles every week between 10 and 20 bags of and on more then 6 different time bags been stolen or lost i reported this location to emcor i go to anouther bottle depo with out any theft of my bottles bags they the manager should change there management structure

The male staff member who mostly works at the register is very agressive. He doesn't say much but he's intimidating. He swings and throws your items around like he's bothered by your presence, and I just can't understand why. One day many months ago I asked him what was bothering him, why so angry and it only made him worse. I wish there was another place without having to cross the bridge and I would never set foot in there again.

Fast, tidy, enough carts and trays unlike other depots I’ve been to. They accept alot of stuff like styrofoam, electronics, etc. Cool place.

DO NOT RETURN HERE!!! I cannot stress this enough. They short you on your return EVERY TIME! Then their game is to start yelling at you so you get uncomfortable and leave. We knew exactly what we had, when we received our receipt we tried to explain how many flats we had, they started to yell, we explained calmly they were wrong, again they yell. We left because they are so into their scam they will not listen to reality. DO NOT RETURN HERE!!!!!

One person taking returns, crowded, not enough trays for sorting (we had to wait a half hour while people contended for trays). Highly stressful. Cart wheels barely functioned. Ugh.

They lock their doors twenty minutes before they are suppose to close. Parking can be a nightmare, and getting a cart and enough baskets is like winning the lottery. I recommend only coming to this place if you live close by and don't have a timeline.

Very, very rude staff. They treat you like animals. I totally agree with other comments. One of the managers there almost got to an altercation with me. I was shocked and appalled of the treatment me and my poor mom got from them. If it’s possible for me to give them minus one star I would.
