Good job done but pricing is misleading. When collecting pay driver told me that pricing is based on both space taken on truck and time on the job. The website makes no mention of a time charge and states that pricing is based on space taken up on the truck and includes labour. Also I did not agree with his estimate of how much space was being taken up on the truck as it was not loaded to the full height to maximize space. Get an estimate before-hand and hold them to it.

Great service. Much better than 1800gotjunk. Friendly and efficient booking via phone, showed up on time and removed everything rapidly. Cost effective, friendly - highly recommend (the 1800gotjunk guys never showed up!... wasted my time).

The most amazing telephone customer service I think I have ever received - the lady that helped us book our appointment was so patient and kind. The gentlemen who came to collect our junk were also incredibly friendly and made the whole process run smoothly. Highly recommend!
