We got a flat tire on a Friday night in North Bay en route to Verner, and thru our roadside assistance program, Flat-Rate was contracted to tow the car to Sudbury. We were obviously bummed, but Brandon made sure we were looked after. Really appreciated his friendly manner (he's the kind of guy you wish you had as a brother in law!) and his professionalism (first time we had towed the car, so we were nervous), which helped lighten our mood. We had our car stuck in the snow. We called CAA and other towing services. They couldn't send anyone on the spot, but then called Flat-Rate Towing and, in one hour, we were home. Great service and great rates, rates are way better than A & S Towing.
