Amazing experience at Bent Toys!! We were a group of five sleds that came to North Bay for the long weekend, and my '07 Phazer broke down on the trail on our first day. It would have been a ruined weekend, if one of our group hadn't noticed Bent Toys' sign when we passed it earlier. We nursed the broken sled back up to the road to the shop. The owner was awesome and dropped what he was doing to take my machine apart and diagnose the problem. He had all the parts we needed and had us back up and on the trails in less than 2 hours. Thanks for saving the weekend, Bent Toys!

I called multiple times a day all week and left a message stating what I was looking for and my phone number and no one ever answered the phone or me called back. I drove out there and was greeted by a sign saying curbside service only and all orders must be called in and paid in advance. That's a little hard to do when you don't answer the phone. They wouldn't even answer the door when I knocked.

After searching many used parts suppliers in the GTA ,some not even returning my phone calls, I contacted Bent Toys . They were closed for vacation. I Left a message and unlike the other places , they actually called me back when they returned from vacation . I had concerns about getting a good quality used part , since I've been burned before from other places. I ordered my part and was pleasantly surprised to see that it arrived at my doorstep the next day ,since I was told it would be a few days. .Bent Toys provided me with an A1, king quad clutch at a fair price . They were fabulous to deal with and I will definitely be dealing with Bent Toys again. Thank you for having pride in what you do.

Very good service. The guys were very easy to talk to and very helpful. I Purchased a motor from them for my snowmobile that just so happen to give me issues, and instead of them telling me to take a hike because they already had my money. They did exactly what they said they would. They told me if there was any issues with the motor, of course that i didnt cause. They would fix the issue or replace the motor. If i need any parts in the future i will deffinately be returning to Bent Toys. I would 100% recommend this place. ????

They were also very helpful in providing their own shop clutch tool for sale with no markup, and solid advice. Bent Toys is highly recommended!

Required a part (fuel pump)for my ATV that was backordered from the manufacturer. They were are to send me a used one right away, here next day, installed and works perfectly. In addition, They discovered that I was overcharged at the shipping stage , after I had already paid, so they put cash with the shipment. Who does that?

Have used Bent Toys on several occasions for different machines. I have always had great service. They even called me back, 2 days after searching for a part, that they did not have is store at the time. They said, that they should have that part in store in a few days and they will call me if it is in good shape. I got the call and I got the part. They are the GO TO place for sure. Great response and delivery of product by Bent Toys. The spider on the primary clutch of my 2008 Nytro blew apart and needed a replacement. I've been out there many times over the last two seasons for odds and ends and never come back empty handed. Good prices and they really try to help you out. I run a 94 formula 670 and an 09 polaris 550 touring and I've never had problems getting parts for either sled for a fair price.
