I was hired by Jeff the owner of Wards Haul Away with a old acquaintance of mine, Everything was going well until the time to get paid arrived. I was promised $20 an hour not realizing everything would be off the books unfortunately I was manipulated into working for Jeff and was only getting paid $15 a hour (If that). My acquisition told me "Don't pay attention to it. This could be a great business opportunity for us in the long run". I was optimistic but willing to see where things led. (THAT WAS A MISTAKE) I continued to work for 2 months with wards haul away and every time, I was ripped off in pay. The last straw was when I was paid $60 for 5 hours of work. Jeff treats his customers well but his workers like slaves!. Please be careful working with this company and doing business with them, Things are not what they seem to be!!.

I contacted Jeff 3/24/21 for removal of two old fridges a tenant had left. He responded within 10mins and arrived 8am 3/25/21 removed both fridges for a reasonable price! Very happy with Jeff’s service! Highly recommend!

Jeff and his team of workers did a great job on my interior demo and haul away. Good communication and easy to work with, being considerate of the items I wanted to keep, and concerned with safety. In addition to a complete kitchen and ceiling demo, they removed all carpet underpayment and nails from a large hardwood floor without leaving a scratch. Very thorough, I would hire again for future projects.

I opened my garage one day and realized how gross it was and just FILLED with old stuff from past tenants - anything and everything that people left behind was in that garage. We thought about cleaning it out ourselves but the idea of 1) things filled with spiders 2) finding out how to dispose of things properly and 3) spending a sunny weekend (or more) driving around to the dump or donation places to get rid of all this stuff made it way too unappealing. I wound up looking on Craigslist and finding Ward's Haul Away, filled out tie contact form and got a phone call back really shortly (also bonus - after that we communicated via text which is so much easier and preferred). Everything went really simple from the estimate process to when they came out and actually did the work. The crew came in and got everything out of there and I got a nice empty and CLEAN garage in the matter of a few hours. The price was incredibly fair and less than other quotes we got. 10/10 - will definitely be using this service again to clean out my attic!
