Drop off is an absolute PIA since they installed the barriers, I miss dumping your trash all over the ground like the good old days, great thing about this place is that the minimum charge is very low.

Was a quick and pain free process when i went to get rid of some house hold trash, staff were friendly and wasnt over crowded, will probably make a few more trips before the winter! I didnt mind the price point either ! Overall good location.

Organized, friendly staff, efficient method to dispose of larger items of household/yard waste. Yes, I had to pay a small fee, less than expected. Note, momentarily not accepting cash. Dec. 2021.

This facility is excellent! Easy in easy out. Good people at the scales and at the bins! Nothing is free and this facility provides an excellent service for the legal disposal of trash that the garbage route trucks cannot pick up. I've been using this facility for 30+ years and am glad you"re there!!

Need it for work. Employees are very nice. Expensive to dump a load from mybtrailer though. Today's fee was 171.00.

Very, very, very SLOW. Even on weekdays. Compared to Toronto or Richmond Hill, it is at least 10x slower. The line up to enter AND the line up to pay and exit took over an hour and a half for no reason.

Their system is awful. The lines are so long on Saturday's that it's not worth going. The staff is friendly but the scaling process needs to be revised. I'm not sure why it takes them 2 minutes to weigh me in and 2 more minutes to weigh me out. This is why the wait times are out if control. When you add 4 minutes wait time for every customer, it turns into an hour wait real quick

Theirs no one on the weights and the guy with the sign wont let anyone go up. Their not sending anyone up. The bays are empty why the are we sitting here.
