We got there and had to wait a few minutes for a dump truck to do his thing. While my employe was emptying my van of yard waste the owner/yard guy came and started yelling at my partner do go help emptying the truck. He was very rude. My partner can't do that he had a work accident a year ago. It took us only 15 minutes to finish. It was our second trip there on that day and we were still have 2 more trips to do. Well someone else will get our $$$$. I have a tree company and I use the dumps around the GTA on a daily basis. That was the last time I use this one.

Quick, easy, reasonable price and did I mention easy? Just pull onto the scale and wait, proceed and unload, then drive back on the scale and finally stop at the office window to pay on your way out. Great experience.

Sounds bananas, but we LOVE going to the dump! Whenever we have a project on that requires a dump run, we are so happy because we get to visit Victor, Betty, Leo & the gorgeous gals in the office! If we scoot there in the right time frame, traffic is very light. Leo is ultra friendly & communicative about where to put your different types of debris. He'll even help us when we have a super heavy or awkward load! The Shorncliffe Disposal team helps us get our projects done more efficiently & with greater ease. Great place for brick, stone and concrete which the city does not dispose of, reasonable rates. A bit confusing where to go, i had to ask someone but overall it was a good experience.

Terrible service. Completely incompetent waste of time. I ordered sod on a Tuesday to be picked up on a Saturday. I gave them my credit card to pre-pay for the ordered. When I got there on Saturday they said the person who had taken my ordered never processed it and they were out of sod and offered nothing in compensation. Don’t trust that you’ll get what you think you’ve paid for.

I had a bin delivered...I was amazed at the professionalism and patience the office staff had with me placing my order for a bin. The delivery driver was OUTSTANDING. I couldn't believe how capable he was placing the bin. The driver picking up was fabulous. The billing process was simple and straightforward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service. I wont go anywhere else now.

During the summer I order a 14 yard bin from Mark. I also order a full bin mulch. Mark was knowledge and helpful. The driver Daniel was there on time. He took care of unloading the material and placing the bin with out damage occurring. Great experience would be happy to use them again.
