I had an unexpected transmission failure on my older car and after pricing out repair options, decided it was time to scrap it. I called around to several auto wreckers in the region and Logel's offered the 2nd best price, but the easiest sale and pickup process. After spending hours trying to arrange towing from a different auto wrecker, I gave up and called Logel's back. Robert quickly got me a quote, explained the process, and then wrote up a bill of sale and cut me a cheque, with pickup arranged for the next day.

My apologies for not writing sooner. I'm a Transportation Teacher. I wanted to expand students knowledge by providing our students an opportunity to learn and develop practical experience with automotive electrical systems. The problem was I didn't have the budget to achieve my goal. Sure I could purchase one starter motor and one alternator but I wanted a class set so I called Logel's and spoke with John and explained the situation, l hoped for a reduced price, he said he would see and call me back. Within minutes I received a call and was told I could pick them up anytime, not at a discounted price but for FREE ! We now have 12 units for our students to work with. All I can say is thank you very much Logel 's and thank you John your generosity is greaty appreciated.

We tried to sell our 2002 Dodge Caravan (158,000 km) on Kijiji for about 4 weeks. Even though we got some responses, a couple of the sticking points were the price and whether it could be safetied. After 2 weeks we lowered the price from $1500 to $1100, which generated an offer of $950, but there was still the question of the safety, for which we agreed to get an estimate. It turns out there was too much rust on the frame, so the van couldn't be safetied with any economy, so the deal fell through. We were faced with the prospect of dumping it off at the wreckers for a pittance or getting a small charity receipt ... what a let down. Buying a replacement van had cost more because we had to replace our four extra mounted tires and a trailer hitch, and I was hoping to defray the costs with the selling of the old van. Logel's came to the rescue. With one phone call for a quote ($445!) and a quick drive over to Bridgeport, the deal was done. It's obvious that they appreciated the inherent value in the van and offered a decent price, given its non-saleability. Thank you Logel's

Called Oct 17th regarding Pads, rotors and calipers for a 2008 Mazda. Was informed they would prepare a quote and call me, it's been two days and no call. Being in the automotive industry, you'd think they would be a little more competitive with trying to retain and gain new customers. I purchased an engine for a Chevy Cobalt from Logel's and was really happy with the service! From the very beginning when I spoke with them they were easy to work with, always responsive and very helpful (I don't know much about this sort of thing). They delivered the engine to the shop where I was getting it installed and it actually had less km's on it then the engine which I was replacing. Since I've had it installed, we needed to get the E-test completed for registration and it passed now problem. THANK YOU LOGELS

Needed a set of 4 aluminum rims for snow tires for my wife's SUV and decided to contact Logel's Auto Parts. My biggest concern was that the rims would properly fit her vehicle. After exchanging a couple of e-mails, I not only ended up with a set of wheels for a reasonable price, but since these rims came off the same Make, Model and Year Range of wife's vehicle, not only do they look good, they are the same as her original rims the summer tires are installed on.
