Honestly, it’s junk removal so I wasn’t expecting much more than a straightforward business experience. Karl went WAY beyond my expectations. He was incredibly responsive (within an hour) and we quickly arranged pickup for the next day. He arrived on time, was super friendly, but not overly so, gave me the price (below what I anticipated; shhh, don’t tell him he could have charged more) and got to work. It was a small load and was completed quickly and efficiently with no issues. He followed up with a text to thank me. I haven’t even heard back from the other guy. 10/10; 100% recommend.

Karl did an excellent job clearing a jam packed bedroom up two flights of stairs. He wasn't judgmental about the junk, and still had plenty of pep after several hours. I'll add that if you're looking for someone who you won't feel weird having in your home, Karl is a good choice, even nice to chat with.

We were able to figure out things at the end for a large complicated junk removal versus other services which estimate up front and are less flexible once the removal amount is established. If you are looking for a fair pricing and complete professional service Karl is your guy. We decided on $180 for his service but upon arrival he immidiately mentioned it should not cost $180 and reduced it to $160 without even me asking for price adjustment. Not something you see everyday. One man show. No drama. Cleaned out the garage like nothing was there to begin with. I will definitely use his service again.
