Visited for the grand opening. Very clean and open. Was surprised at how big the lot is! Staff are all very helpful and welcoming. Lot is organized and easy to get around. Overall a great place!

Oh, absolutely wonderful. Best kenny u pull around in my opinion, selection is a little minimal right now but its also new. The inside is great, lots of parking easy to navigate. And best of all like all kenny u pulls great customer service.

This Location is not too bad. Check Inventory first online or with one of the Staff members at the Desk. Selection is decent, the Yard is Clean and the Prices are on Par with other Yards. Overall, no real complaints here

Best looking yard I've been too. Very clean nice level easy to walk (no big rocks to tweak your ankle on) also the row signage was up and clearly visible, finding your vehicle was a breeze. Wheelbarrows available to use for free and cage karts, amongst having stainless steel wash station to use after getting your parts. very friendly staff.

I visited this location at their grand opening, and was blown away by how kind and generous all the staff were. The yard was clean too with rocks on the ground, not dirt, so there wasn't debris in the air. I highly recommend this location to DIY car people, and I'll go back in a few weeks. I also met the Asst. Branch Manager named Krysten who was amazingly kind to me, and treated me as though I was a guest in her home. Thanks, Krysten! The Kenny U-Pull experience is consistent in all branches, which I like, and it appears to me that this company is very sophisticated in their operations, and get it in terms of hiring the right ppl in customer-facing roles. For those who complain about an entry fee, yes, you pay $3, but in return, you are getting value that you don't get in other rough, ghetto junkyards like cars safely being in the air for easy access to the bottom (that takes more labour to do and ppl deserve to get paid for it), use of wheel barrels, high-quality handsoap/sinks/paper towels (all these consumables cost money), clean washrooms and fair parts prices.

I couldn't believe how clean this scrap yard was. This is only the second scrap yard that I've been too but wow what a difference from the last one I went too. The lady at the counter was also more then helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended.

What a pleasant surprise, nice clues store area, washrooms , a sink to wash your hands, never had the experience of walking through a new auto recycling yard. Pleasant employees ( the Hamilton Yard could learn ALOT). My friend and I went to Kenny U Pull St.catharines during there grand opening, my friend got some peices for his wife's car ,and I got a set of rims for my New Charger. Look forward to returning, no longer going to the Hamilton Yard. Thank you, James

Fantastic place! I hadn't shopped for used parts in this manner for many years so to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can say now that I am incredibly pleased and impressed. I was one of their very first customers...once they got their groove going it was quick trips over the scale...forklift operators were friendly and careful unloading my trailer....brought in multiple large loads...extremely clean organization...impressed ????

They do a good job over all Process Is fairly simple and the employees seem genuine not somthing I usually dont have a need for stuff like this but I'd come here again if the need arise.

Dealt with Setrak he said he was sales operation manager. was offered to sell a 2004 caddilac cts with under 210k for $800 in august. Now i called 1 month later and wants to change the price to $500 and if "you dont like their price you should try another yard" because your business is not that important to them and they dont have any negotiation skills. They just want to rob you. Kenny u pull in hamilton has never had that poor attitude

Was really impressed with the yard,quality,organization,clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend that you check it out because the price was incredibly low for what you are getting. Definitely would be better in the summer months I am sure.
