Breaking up a family home after the passing of your parents is never an easy thing to do. But a world of thanks go out to the staff members from Just Junk that came to my home to help me accomplish this task. They were respectful, polite, and hard-working. They even found a very touching photo of my father and I that was caught between the drawers of an old dresser that I had missed. Keep up the good work, Stephen, Will, and Marlon!

The gentlemen that showed up at my house were excellent. Very kind, got down to business right away. Super professional. I found the rate very reasonable, especially when it compared to me renting a truck, paying dump fees, and hurting my back to move appliances from my basement. Highly recommended.

These people have some of the nastiest, unprofessional and rude drivers working for them. I had one of theirs scream out right in front of me and then as I attempted to pass the driver floored the vehicle trying to prevent me from passing him. At the stop he proceeded to yell at me and berate me for being older. Sorry for being 64. Ancient in that punk's eye I guess. Disgusting people not fit to haul my garbage.

Exactly as promised, prompt and courteous service. They were very patient and helpful with the sorting through, I had to do while they worked. I think overall it’s cheaper than a dumpster, they do the work, and they divert “good” items from just going to landfill. Booked online totally hassle free. Definitely going to use them again.

Did a great job. Staff kept working even when I asked questions. Removed all that I asked and were polite and quick and thorough. They took down an old, stucco garage, safely, without damaging the building nor the air conditioner nearby. Very professional. Definitely would recommend them. P.S. My hubby is thrilled to have the garage gone!

I called and these men arrived and did a good job Oct 22 in Welland at a reasonable price-my only complaint is they picked up a dark brown footstool that was set aside and contained important papers as well as a Play Station PS4. I saw the fellow pick it up and take it and paid no attention at the time as my wife did not tell me of the contents inside the foot stool. Now I am seeing an ad for a PS4 for sale for $225. I have the original receipt with serial number for it....I would hope when someone overlooks an error such as this, the company involved would ask "are you sure you meant to throw this out?"--Integrity counts and I am disappointed....

WOW- what a great business- but most of all great workers. Aiden and Jessie both arrived at the specific location on time, polite, enthusiastic and got the job estimated, picked up, cleaned up and extremely easy going and very professional. The day before I had spoken to Baily and she was just as courteous, professional, informed - between these three people, the job we needed done got done in such a great way- I would highly recommend them to anyone- if I were their bosses I would even consider some RRSP contribution for a job so well done!!! thanks all three of you!
