--phone customer service good - she was cheerful, competent, and quick -an pickup available in 2 days appreciated; as was the reasonable window of only 2 hours -i had a confirmation email, a second to confirm with appt upcoming, and a heads up call from the driver that he was coming. -the workers themslevss were prompt, precise, professional and courteous; with confirmation of receipt needed/not needed, with my email address confirmed for it to be sent to -only possible - was price ($450 for about 7 pieces of furniture); but that may just be the price of the convenience of the service

These guys are great. They've been to my house so many times that a few of their guys recognize me. (what does that say about me...) We're renovating our basement and there was a ton of debris. They gave me a very reasonable quote and had it all gone and in their truck in about 10 minutes. I use this company all the time for many reasons, professionalism, promptness, going the extra mile and all that. I will definitely be using them again, as I am still not done my renovations.

JJ staff arrived promptly and removed a heavy three seat sofa from a third floor apartment in ten minutes. I question the JJ pricing model based on the volume an item displaces. The truck was empty upon arrival. No allowance was made for this fact.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I have a pile of dirt from my back yard that needed to be removed from an earlier project. I reviewed their website as is it says they do DIRT/SOIL REMOVAL. Just point, then sit back and relax and they do all the work so I book an online appointment for the next day and they call me and say that they dont do dirt removal and to call a landscaping company. What a waste of time this company is. I even double checked their website to make sure I wasnt crazy but it CLEARLY states that they remove dirt/soil with ease. I think they need to update their website.

I was very impressed with the way the service worked, Jesse and Colin were very professional and made sure that no damage was done to my house while they demolished the piano. They were very strong and managed to get an item that i thought could not be removed, out of my house. The two gentlemen who arrived to remove my old couch were on time, courteous and professional. They put covers on their boots to avoid getting the floors dirty. They had to remove a door to get the couch out and did so quickly and competently. I would recommend Just Junk to my friends.

Service was good but I think I was over charged, but wasn’t going to argue driver was good but I think you guys over estimate truck space other then that service was good fast and prompt. Just I took another load to dump in my little ford ranger two loads and 14.00 dollars each and my little truck is small in comparison to just junk truck so beware.
