The timing was quick, the delivery personnel were very professional and courteous, very refreshing. The phone conversation with the employee involved setting up the appointment was like talking to a robot, no personality at all. I tried to lighten up the conversation but was like talking to a recording. However to be fair, that doesn't seem unusual these days.

The two men removing various items from all 4 levels of my home plus the garage were enormously efficient, polite and respectful. The price of removal was fair. The work was carried out in an astonishingly quick time-frame. I will unquestioningly use this service again and without hesitation. Thank you!

Online quote is not even close to the price when they arrive. I was quoted double the price for a porch Full of garbage bags and some tiny amounts of junk like speakers etc. Both workers had attitude as soon as I was unhappy with their quote. Honestly, it felt like I was being scammed. $360 for some garbage bags and some small Junk ? Again, no appliances, nothing heavy, no furniture. Just small Junk and 13 bags of garbage. Just rent a bin and save yourself the hassle.

The two gentlemen that arrived to take away our junk were so polite focussed and hard-working. For a while we thought our cats had escaped. These kind men stopped working for a few minutes to help us look for the cats. How many people would do that? Very thoughtful. They did a great job and they did it quickly! Many thanks to those two men. I am however disappointed that when I made the appointment I did not receive confirmation that included the surprising cost of moving the piano. Naturally I believed that the procedure was the same as always meaning the final bill would be dependant on whether the load was a 1/4 truck load a half truck load or a full truck load.I thought that's how the cost would be determined since I have used Just Junk before pianos were brought into the picture. I was shocked when I was then told that it would be close to $400. Just Junk should not advertise that they can move pianos ... they should advertise that they will move pianos for a certain price. I don't think it's fair to ask their workers to move a piano when experts are actually needed otherwise the piano can easily become damaged and not worth anything... not worth the effort to fix it up to sell again for someone that would like to buy a second-hand piano. I was not happy and I did call the office and the young lady that answered the phone most likely had to deal with several unhappy customers possibly. It's not her fault that the advertising was insufficient... so I imagine she had to listen to some disgruntled customers which included me. I know it's not her fault. Just Junk please be clear and upfront. Just my opinion. I am happy though that you provide the service.

Overall a good experience. Setting up the appointment was easy online. The crew was prompt and provided a 20 minute heads up. They provided an estimate upfront, and were quick and courteous with the removal (roughly 6 cubic yards of construction waste and general junk). Able to pay with CC or Debit on site. 2 things could identify as drawbacks. 1) a little pricey for the amount of junk removed. To be fair, the convenience is worth it, but you might be better to rent a ruck and bring your own stuff to the dump if you got the time. 2) there was a debris left behind on the driveway and around where I collected the junk for them in a pile. No more than a garbage bag worth, but it would leave a better impression if there was some time left for the crew to do a little clean up, even maybe sweep? Again, not the worst thing, and arguably a "first world problem", but worth noting.

"Big or small, we move it all?" I don't think so. When they saw, and as we freely admitted, that we had had bed bugs, they refused to accept any of our scrap. They never listed any restrictions as to what they would and would not accept in their advertisements, and after all, we were only asking to go to the dump, not another residence. There were so many things riding on timely removal of our junk, their refusal sent our entire moving schedule into a spin. In the end, we got our grandson and his friends to move all the stuff, and the local dump management team accepted it without gift wrapping or objection, bed bugs notwithstanding. I would have been willing to pay Just Junk some sort of premium to cover disinfecting their van. I have used Just Junk before, and was greatly satisfied with them, but they were a dismal disappointment this time. There won't be a next time with me, my family or my friends.

The professional associates arrived in less than 4 hours of making contact to provide a free estimate. Once accepted they removed our items immediately. One item was a several hundred pound big screen tv from a basement. They were very efficient even with this difficult task. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

This is just a great company to deal with. I had lots of heavy stuff to remove - three beds, two couches, three work benches, a huge desk and a pile of electronic waste, scrap metal and general junk. All disappeared. The heavy lifting I didn't have to do was worth every nickel. Highly recommended.
