I had been talking to one of their employees on Kijiji about finding a part for a project. He was very helpful, and I told him I would arrive the following morning to pick it up. I drove half an hour to get to the yard, and when I got there, I approached two men who were standing outside. The conversation went something like this. Me: Hi, I'm looking for Jason Them: He's not here right now Me: Okay, maybe you can help me. [I explain my project] Them: [No response] Me: I think Jason said he had the part from a Mazda 3 Them: [No response] Me: I am not picky really, I could use the part if you have it in another car Them: [No response] Me: So... do I have to wait for Jason? Them: He'll be back around 10 I don't know why these other two men didn't even attempt to help me. They barely acknowledged that I was even talking to them.

The folks at Jackson's Auto Body & Wreckers were very helpful when we came looking for a car part. The price was right, the gentleman waiting on us was friendly and even gave us a nice calendar to celebrate 2021! Thank You both for your help!

So I go there this morning ask for a part the owner tells me to come back in the afternoon and it would have it for me I come back and they don't have anything for me now I think they have poor communication and customer service I'll never go back
