The staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions, but the wrecking yard was confusing for someone who has never been to one before. There is no signage to indicate it is part of Glendale Auto Parts and no direction for when you come in.

Very poor customer service. They were super nice on the phone until I got there and the part wasn't ready when I was asked to come pick up. One of the guys there told me how extremely busy they are and that I should go somewhere else to make this purchase since they have more important jobs on the go. In reading some of the other comments, it now makes sense. The part I was buying wasn't expensive.

This place treats customers like an inconvenience. I was looking to purchase a set of seats and they wouldn't take me out to the yard during regular business hours to look at them claiming to be too busy during the day and if I wanted to look at anything I had to come in before 10 am. I was there at noon. When you are in a business of selling parts, you don't turn away customers or refuse to show parts. That's just bad business.

Got new winter rims for my car, which were put on by your company last year. The service was excellent, and I got a great deal. Got some brake work done earlier this year from Toyota, which meant that the rims you had put on no longer fit. After notifying Glendale Auto Parts of this predicament, they offered to exchange the rims for ones that fitted correctly at no extra cost. The staff were very professional and did a great job. I've been calling and trying to get a part for at least 4 months now. They never answer the phone and their voicemail is always full. I remember a few years ago this place was great, they drove me around, and I easily found the part I was looking for. Now I'm likely going to have to go out of town or order that part online because they have awful service. Honestly, I'm just trying to give them money, which you'd think they'd want, but it seems next to impossible to do so.

I personally don't understand where these bad reviews are coming from. I had the most pleasant experience at this place. Courtesy and professionalism were at the forefront of some the guys who either picked up the phone or answer my questions. Shane in particular was very helpful and accommodating. Second time in this place, and the staff aren't helpful unless you have an expensive part to buy. They wanted me to buy a part without looking at it and they had no picture to show me and then they said no one can take me out to the yard. It was the second bad experience here, its funny because i had a wierd feeling coming again and they just reconfirmed it.

Took my car in to get new rims and tires. The guy in charge of the wheels gave me a great deal and made sure everything was installed correctly! The rest of the staff are extremely friendly and they're always willing to work out deals. I'll definitely be coming back for any future parts that I need for my Chevy Cobalt

Horrible service and staff please do not waste your money purchasing. Purchased a motor for my 03 Honda civic si was told delivery would be at 9 am the following Monday. The motor was not there until 430-445 just before the shop closed. Just found out the motor was not the correct one. On the call when I ordered the motor I stated it needs the egr and it was a v tec. I posted a review stating what happened and was advised if I removed it they would pay me back for the motor and deliver a new one free of charge. I removed the comment/review and with in 3 hours they called me back stated it was MY FAULT that I did not state it was a vtec or egr I have 3 witnesses to my phone call and I definitely did state it needed erg and it was a vtec. They advised they would not be paying the amount back to me. This is by far the worst service I have ever received they made a mistake and will not own up to it. I suggest you find another company to purchase from.

I keep trying to do business with Glendale Auto Parts, but they make it impossible to do so. I have called, no exaggeration, 40 times today with no answer and a voicemail that is full. The two times previous I called, they said they had the part, but would have to go check the yard on its condition and promised to call me back which they did not. This place was great when it first opened and was a u-pull yard; a man drove me around the entire yard looking for a door for my truck and when we found one he pulled the vehicle out for me and gave me a hand to remove it. That was then and this is now. Now this place seems to be closed to the general public.
