First, they were an hour late and didn't let us know until we contacted them to see where they were. Then they showed up unprepared to do the job. We had sent them a list of items to be removed, plus photos and they arrived with a small pick up truck and people who were unable to lift furniture. They said they'd have to reschedule when they had another truck and the guys to do the removal. Instead of apologizing they said we had to respect the fact that they were just starting out in business and couldn't help it if things didn't always go on schedule and it wasn't their fault.
