Everything from start to finish was a fantastic experience with Bin There Dump That! We are moving soon and decided to rent their largest bin (doors to open so that you could walk in with the large items). They delivered it and left it for 1 week. I ordered the dumpster to help a friend clean up his apartment. The bin arrived on time but unfortunately was in the way of the water mains. They removed the bin according to the landlord's request and returned it the next day and placed it a different location. The company understood that I was helping a friend and didn't charge any extra for their trouble. We even had an extra three days before the bin was collected at no extra cost. The people at the other end of the phone were very understanding and polite. I would use the above company for sure in the future.

Dissapointed to say the least Im a loyal and long term client of Bin There Dump That. I use there services in 5 different regions across South western Ontario. In a year I will order at least 40 to 50 bins minimum. Im very unsatisfied with st. Catherines office as they have added a weekly rental fee on top of regular fees. Now the services are not affordable or even feasible for a contractor who's trying to be competitive in the industry.

This was the perfect solution. We are newly moved to St. Catharines and had dug in several gardens around the lot. The City wouldn't take the weed/sod/soil mixture in the Yard Waste bags so we had a growing unsightly pile on our driveway. I was considering lugging full blue bins in several trips to the dump but the prospect of that wasn't pleasant. I called a few junk removal services and most wouldn't touch it and those that would quoted several hundred dollars more than I paid Bin There Dump That. They responded quickly to my query, got me a bin 3 days earlier than promised and took it away as soon as I was done. Their billing is fair - a fixed price for the bin and a variable add on based on weight. My load came in at less than one ton and they only charged the pro-rated amount (as opposed to paying for a ton even though it was less as others). Great service, fair price, nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

The service was great!! No sooner did i submit the online info request that i received a call from them!!! I worked with Amy - she was very efficient, excellent communication back and forth because i had to call a couple of times to alter the pick up of my bin and confirm. The bin was delivered as explained - placed on skids to avoid driveway damage. I requested as close to the garage as possible- they did so perfectly allowing the doors of the 9 yard bin to be opened, and left plenty of room in the driveway for the vehicles. Hopefully my house will not get to the point that I need this service again, but if i do - I know i will call this company again!!

I used the bin for a massive spring cleaning and it was perfect. Service was outstanding and included a follow up call to make sure everything was going well. If there was one thing I would change? It would have been nice to receive a PDF Invoice in the final email rather than just the invoice as part of the email. The "email invoice" was difficult to print/save for my records. Arrangements can be made directly on their website but I chose to call the office and was pleasantly walked through the ordering process. The bin that we required for our home renovations/clean-up arrived as scheduled and was set up quickly and efficiently on wood blocks so as not to mark the driveway. A call was received the day before scheduled pick-up to confirm the bin was ready to go. Pick-up happened as scheduled, with the driver ensuring no mess was left behind.

My experience with Bin there Dump that was absolutely fantastic! Was my first time ordering a bin, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I managed to tear down an entire garage that was about 25 by 20 feet with there largest bin available. The price was no more than 475 dollars! At that price with how simple it was to order and to have no worries about disposal, it just can't be beat! Highly recommended and if I ever need a bin again, I know exactly who to call!.. just to put into perspective: shingles plywood heavy lumber you name it... who knows how much it would of cost to take everything myself to the landfill site, but the point is it would have taken multiple trips, gas money and huge headache.. After a little bit of research I’ve found other dumpster companies’ websites that provide a list of minimum dimension requirements, including height, for placement and unloading of the various sizes of dumpsters. This is a practice you should adopt. As an alternative the person taking customer orders could ask about the space available for the dumpster being ordered. Our location had overhead hydro wires and as a result we had to pay more for 2 smaller dumpsters as the larger one we ordered couldn’t be delivered. The smaller dumpster was filled the first day and when I called to get it emptied first thing the next morning I was told you couldn’t empty it until the following day as you didn’t have a driver available. This resulted in us having to buy a tarp and covering the dumpster as there was a storm coming that night. If we had known ahead of time that the dumpster we needed couldn’t be put where we wanted it, we would have shopped around and may not have ordered from your company. No I will not use your services again nor will I recommend it to someone else.

These guys are great until they damage your property and deny all responsibility... Upon delivery their driver hit our garage door with the bin, leaving dents in our door with bright green paint and rust (the same colour as the bin located directly behind the hinges that stick out from that back of the bin). Bin There Dump That replied a week later saying that it was impossible for their bin to do that damage to our door. That we must have hit our own garage when we opened the bins doors. Had they bothered to send someone out to look at the damage, they would have seen that the bin was parked far enough down the driveway that when opened the doors come nowhere near our garage. I needed a Dumpster so I called the big guys , WM Waste Management and was left on hold twice amounting to 59 minutes. So I decided to call Bin There Dump That. What a difference I was treated with care and attention. The dumpster was reasonable in price , very competitive and clean and delivered. Unfortunately it was delivered a bit late but...They gave me anextra day!!! Way to go! Class act providing a great service, id definitely ue them next time and would highly recommend the company!
