Tom was the easiest sales person I’ve ever worked with, his customer service skills are A+. His entire focus was on my needs/wants and my experience with him. I had quite a nice experience dealing with Nick Chen at Audi of St. Catherines when we just bought our used BMW from them. We had looked at a lot of options here in Toronto and I was a bit worried about making the drive to St. Catherines but it in the end itwas well worth it. The car was as advertised and they made sure it was inside the shop and well lit as I was viewing it at night. Nick stayed late to allow me the time needed to complete the deal and the only hiccup came on my end when the banks were not open on Sat (remembrance day). I managed to get the funds together but Nick was prepared to drive the car to me on Tuesday if I was unable to make it work. Great service and the whole process felt very honest and genuine.

We dealt with Nick, and the experience from the moment we arrived to see the car for the first time, to when we left with the keys was THE BEST we have encountered while purchasing a vehicle. Nick went out of his way and above and beyond. I had called an hour and a half before we planned on seeing the vehicle (we live in Burlington) and Nick had prepped the car in a snow storm, got it inside the shop, had it cleaned up and ready for us to see in the warm garage by the time we got there. It's these little things that make a buying a car from Audi St. Catherine's a memorable one. The non-pushy attitude of Nick, and his ability to work with our schedule when we had some unforeseen circumstances come up through the process was highly welcomed and made us feel like they cared about us as people, rather than just another sale. We will not think twice about contacting Nick the next time we are in the market for another vehicle. The whole team was polite and was able to answer any questions we had about the car even though it was not an Audi. There knowledge of the vehicles and expertise really sets them apart from every other dealership I have visited. I owned my first car for 20 years and now it was time for an upgrade. As a replacement, I was looking for a CPO 6spd S5 in Grey/Low KM but it was proving an IMPOSSIBLE task - even with months of Auto Trader alerts set Canada wide. It took a bit but I came to the realization that a 5spd (with low km) was a unicorn and I was tired of waiting. Luckily, Audi St. Catherine's saved the day when a listing finally came up that matched all my other criteria! So, I wasted no time and took a GO Train down to check it out! Martha was also professional and clear in correspondence. At delivery, the car was very clean and the drive back home to Toronto made for a perfect short road trip to get used to my Audi. When I first called to inquire about a pre-owned vehicle, I was directed to speak with Arthur. When I arrived to my appointment to view the vehicle, I was greeted warmly, offered a coffee and was brought to go through and test drive the car that I was interested. Although the vehicle was not an Audi, Arthur was well informed and familiar with all of the technical aspects and was able to answer all of my questions with the utmost professionalism. Lastly, having been through other business offices in the past, talking to Chantal was like talking to a friend. A few months ago I called Audi Niagara looking for a family vehicle, the receptionist answered promptly and transferred me to a salesman which turned out to be Marc, he spoke on the phone of what would be the daily vehicle that would best suit my lifestyle. He recommended an Audi Q7, he had asked if I could come in and see the vehicle I had told him I wouldn’t be able to due to my work overload and he offered to bring the vehicle straight to my house, which was a huge convenience even though it was the end of shift he didn’t hesitate to come. Once we met he was very pleasant to speak with, we went for a test drive while he explained all the quirks and features of the vehicle, I told him due to some circumstances I would have to delay purchasing a vehicle. Fast tracking to November, I was checking in the market for a vehicle once again. I remembered the pleasant experience I had with Marc and decided to go into Audi Niagara. Luckily for me he was at his desk and I introduced myself and he still remembered that he brought the Q7 for me. We had discussed a few vehicles, showed me around the lot and took a some of the cars for a test drive. Nothing seemed like the “right” car for me until Marc found one that was to my liking. I had come in the next day to check out the vehicle and I absolutely loved it! Although there was some delays along the way, Marc made sure to be in contact with me wether it was via phone calls or text message keeping me updated and reassuring me things are moving forward. The sales rep Nelson MASON was warm, friendly, not pushy and did everything he promised. For those who want to know why I am raving about this dealership and especially Nelson, please read further. I am not from the St Catherines' area (about a 2 hour drive away) but they had a great deal on this Audi Q5 with very low km. I went and found that the vehicle had a few cosmetic issues, nothing structural. Nelson (the sales rep) promised that all issues would be fixed and said that I wouldn't recognize the car when I came to pick it up. I was thinking, ya sure, another sales pitch. When I returned to pick up the car, I was beyond surprised and impressed. Nelson fixed all issues, and even washed and shampooed the inside of the car. This pre-owned vehicle looked brand new. Then he put it in the show room for my wife and I to look it over (see picture). If anyone is thinking of buying an Audi, going to St Catherines is definitely worth the trip. I never really enjoyed the experience of buying a car. Many car salespeople make things up on the go, they try to upsell you on things you don't need and the things promised are generally not what you get. Not here. I was told about how amazing the service was and reluctantly booked an appointment and began the hour-long drive. I arrived to a beautiful building and was greeted by GM Vince and sales associate Nelson. They welcomed my wife, my fur babies and myself into the dealership. That already won me over as my wife was going to walk the dogs while i browsed. They are dog-friendly! Not long after, I went on a test drive with Nelson who was a F2 driver and as a result, knew his stuff. He explained in detail what the car can do and put all my hesitation from what I read online away. At this point, it didn't even matter how the car drove, I was sold. Closing the deal was super easy and I was able to trade in my vehicle at a fair market value. I was offered protection plans and warranty vs. being forced to buy by putting fear in your mind about why this car will break down. A few days later, our dream car was delivered to our home by Nelson who brought treats for our dogs. WOW, ever after the sale, he still cared to impress our family. What an experience. I have told my story to friends about 20 times and will continue to do so. If you visit this dealership ask for Nelson, he will make sure you never dread the car buying experience again.

My first of several interactions was with “Chelsea” a Service Coordinator. The wait times for service has always been far above what I've been told. 2. I was told my tires would be fine taking the trip to Florida and back for the winter BUT when driving home in early April, I blew a tire just north of Columbus, Ohio and ended up having to replace TWO tires before I could continue my journey back home (cost me a night's stay in Ohio as well). 3. And now, once again, I call for service only to be put on hold twice and then told to "leave a message). It's been 3 weeks since then and we haven't heard from anyone. Thank you. I purchased an Audi at this dealership with my partner in June 2020. We live in Toronto but decided to make the trip to Niagara given the favourable reviews we read about Audi Niagara. The salesman provided good service up to the point where we decided to purchase the car. Things changed after that. My partner itemized the happenings from that point on in a previous review. Suffice it to say we were treated like second class citizens, and our questions/issues were not really addressed, nor did we receive an orientation to our new car, which had been promised. My partner wrote a review on this site, which prompted an email response to us from the sales rep, but nothing more. We never heard back from the Sales Manager either via email or by phone. The most disappointing customer service I have ever received.

Very Disappointed in the service and the staff, I inquired about purchasing an Audi RS6 Wagon that I had contacted Albert about, going back and fourth I told Albert that I wanted to proceed and leave a deposit on this vehicle, he told me that his manager wants him to sell it to someone who lives in the Niagara Region, so he asked me to provide someone who I would know that lives in the Niagara Falls area to purchase the vehicle for me. After I had sent him my credit card information he said that his manager declines to sell me the vehicle, that Audi wants an existing customer that had bought cars from Audi Niagara to be able to purchase the RS6. So I called another Audi Franchise store in kitchener and they were going to sell me the one they had and all I had to do was Sign a Non Export Agreement, and that they told me there is no such rule of having to live in a certain area or have I had to have purchased a previous vehicle from them. I called the GM at the store left 2 voicemails with no returned phone call back. The GM stated to me that "we own the car, and we decide who we want to sell it too. I would never purchase anything from Audi Niagara especially after being told they want to choose who they sell it too. I have purchased plenty of new vehicles from numerous franchises never once was I spoken to like that and felt so disrespected. I wouldn't ever do business with them. Be careful do not lose the vehicle your looking for by looking there because THEY CHOOSE WHO THEY SELL THE CARS TOO. Horrible service

I had requested he look for a vehicle we were after the following day as the dealership was near close. The following day has come and gone, two phone calls and messages left to no response. Few months ago we leased a 2018 Q5 and Amanda was such a great help. We would recommend Amanda to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Her honest and knowledgeable approach of walking us through the process of a lease was very nice . She never came across as a typical car sales person just out there to make a sale. Amanda made us feel well taken care of and made the whole process as easy as possible. When we first walked in the dealership we actually were not ready to lease a car at that time, we just went to look and see, we were very lucky that we met Amanda she got us the car we really wanted. Even after the sale Amanda continues to be very helpful with showing us the features of our new car. By far one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. As a resident of Nova Scotia I was looking for a great deal on an S4. I emailed the dealership and got into contact with Nelson Mason. Nelson was prompt with his communication. He offered me a great deal on a blue S4 that wasn't even on the lot yet. He made the numbers work and really listened to what I wanted for a vehicle. He made arrangements for me to fly down from Nova Scotia to purchase the S4. In addition, he made sure I didn't miss the Audi Canada rate reduction deal. I purchased a pre-owned A4 about a month ago from Audi Niagara. Albert was extremely helpful from start to finish in helping me get this car. I had initially spoken to him weeks prior about another A4 but as it didn't have the features I was looking for, had to pass on it. A few weeks later, another A4 was listed that had all the features I was looking for. I reached out to Albert immediately and he was always really quick with his responses and helped me run numbers and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. For the most part, my experience with this dealership was really positive. I found most of my interactions there to be fairly kind and helpful. The only part of my experience with Audi Niagara that was less than positive would be with the finance manager. When it came to purchasing this car, I had put a lot of time into researching what features I wanted and what my budget would be. Meeting with the finance manager, I had expressed that I wasn't interested in the extended or additional warranties and that immediately turned the interaction negative. It felt as though her intent was to intimidate me into purchasing the warranties. For a moment, it really made me second guess even purchasing the car at all. She was less than pleased with me and it was evident that I wasn't worth her time going forward. For example, I had to reach out to ask what documentation was needed from me and when asking for clarification on my down payment, I didn't receive a response from her to my email. Luckily, Albert still responded to my inquiries and to this day still does when I have any questions about the car. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Albert if you're going to this dealership!

On Apr. 23/18 we took our A4 in to Audi St. Catharines because we had received a low tire pressure warning. The service people with whom we dealt (mostly Chelsea and Tom, the mechanic) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explained the problem in a manner we could easily understand, and quickly resolved the issue. They also resolved an issue we had with respect to the recall re speaker trim (the part had been improperly replaced by Audi Ft, Lauderdale while we were in Florida, but Tom and Chelsea arranged for the new trim part to be installed properly). All in all, we were treated in a superior manner, as we have come to expect from the people at Audi St. Catharines (we include Felicia in this, since she has been our contact person in Service in the past before receiving her well-deserved promotion).

Hi Review Readers, I want to share my shopping experience at Audi St Catharines. I recently purchased a used A3 from Stanley. The service received was superb. They obliged my request to test drive the car closer to home, explain in depth all the features of the car, re-assure the vehicle has received all its proper checks. Due to the car being CPO, the car was eligible for extended warranty. The buying process was also very easy and straightforward. The car was delivered to my house, which was great. Stanley then took the time to go through all the features of the car and answer any questions I might have. It is refreshing to see that level of care and passion for your product. It in turn inspires and validates purchases. Audi cars sells itself. They are beautifully designed, classic, have a clean aesthetic, understated and sophisticated look. They drive beautifully. Also, the post-delivery customer service is amazing. Stanley has kept in touch to ensure I can reach out anytime should I have any questions or concerns. It is usually the case that companies, whatever the purchase maybe, care little once the purchase has been made. This has not been the case with Audi St Catharines. It is comforting to know that there is support after the purchase. You will not be left high and dry, so to speak. And I have asked questions, Stanley has been kind to respond very quickly. In Summary, the car is great, the service received even greater and I would highly recommend shopping at Audi St Catharines. Thank you :)

A few months ago I purchased a used Audi Q5 from this dealership from their certified used program. From the initial point of contact with Arthur Skok, I was treated with dignity and respect. He knew his product and gave a superior level of service from start until finish. Even though I was buying used from this premium line of vehicle I was welcomed and respected. Now that I have owned the vehicle for a few months I am still very happy and did not experience any surprises. Even if I did, I'm sure that Arthur would make them right. I will return to Arthur for my next vehicle.

I had a great experience with Audi St Catharines, this is my second go around at this dealership buying a new car and each time I have had an amazing experience. I have tried other Audi dealerships and by far I have had the most excellent experience at this location. Great service, great communication, great help with getting what I wanted, responded to my calls, emails and questions on time. My car was delivered to me even though I live 1.5 hrs away. Terrible experience with Martha Davidson from Audi Niagara. She completed our application and returned with a response in the space of 10 minutes, stating that she received a call from the corporate office about the details of our application. It was Saturday. She proceeded to chase us through the dealership, stating that she was glad to have caught us before we left then brought us to a random side office. Martha read quite a bit of numbers to us with little to zero explanation then decided to return our deposit without giving us a chance to explore other options. She finally sent us off with, “See you in 6 months to a year.” We left feeling very confused and at this point, this exchange lasted less than 10 minutes. After trying to assess the numbers at home we concluded it made no sense and realized she also quoted the wrong price of our current car. It seemed like it was rushed and it was evident that mistakes were made. This was only one of a few numbers that were misquoted to us. We further confirmed this when another representative called us the following Monday and asked about an incomplete application. He also seemed very confused. The entire exchange felt like Martha just had to have the final word and was trying to intimidate us. It was dismissive and hands down the worst experience I have had with Audi Canada even though I have been a repeat customer since 2016. Albert Chow was our sales representative and we had a great experience with him, it was just Martha Davidson that made the entire situation negative.

I just picked up my 2017 Audi S5 (Dynamic Edition) from Audi St. Catharines. It was with great team work from everyone there that I was even able to get this vehicle. I first talked with Nick Chen by telephone and made an appointment to come in and see him as I had a few questions. Nick was able to locate "one" vehicle in Halifax after a Canada wide search was made. The Dealership was able to make the arrangements...as difficult as they were to have this vehicle shipped for me from the East Coast. Once the car got here Nick and the rest of the Audi St. Catharines team could not do enough for me. Nick was so very patient with me and was so amazing to work with. He is a car lover like me and wanted nothing but the best for me! I could not stress say enough what a pleasure it has been to deal with Nick. Absolutely terrible service been there more than 3 times in one week I currently own a 2017 A7 that I service always with Audi and has been nothing but complete headaches and mental anguish. Started with an oil change that was 294$ which was the first service then I was told my car was in good standing and I went on my way. After the fact I noticed my oil level was low at mid half range took it back was told the level was off by a small percentage but noticed the next day and the day after the level kept going up and down and not staying at a consistent range. Ground to believe there is something wrong with the oil plan level and was told that if that needed to be changed then it would be done on my next oil change interval because they want to save the environment? The oil that is used and taken out of cars is re-used and sent away to be only put back in another cars engine and also if I the oil was new then why not put it back in a bucket and re-use it? No common sense what so ever and my third was visit was because my brake pad light came on in the evening at the stop light and then I called Saturday Morning no one was answering the phones in the service department. I showed up and no one was working the service bay only 1 person at the time, after that my car went into the back shop and I was told I now need two new front brakes and I'm expected to pay $1500 and was told the technician missed and didn't do his job so I paid for a service and all these check points were "Checked" and I was given a clean bill of health for my car and now all of sudden I need new brakes out of nowhere mean while my service sheet say's my brakes are at a 7 & 8. I will mention I was offered free labour but I don't understand how I paid for services and no one did their job but I'm expected to pay for new brakes how can the service department in still some trust here? Not to mention from buying the car one the first day I took my car to another mechanic and some how the engine bay cover under neath the car was held up my zip ties. The entire service of Audi has been nothing but problems after problems and I still go and get my service there because my warranty requires me to but how can anyone trust when all of these hick-ups happen.

Big thank you to Taylor for all his help. This gentleman went above and beyond. After having a horrible experience at another Audi dealership I was ready to take my business to Tesla. After getting in touch with Taylor he took initiative to help me every step of the way to purchasing my car. He even went to get my license plates. He took care of everything without me having to stress. Martha was just incredible. She stayed later on after her shift to get everything approved for me. If it wasn't for these two I wouldn't have purchased an Audi. They provided excellent service and I will recommend everyone that wants to buy an Audi to this dealership.

Back in the summer we bought a CPO SUV from Audi Niagara. Our salesmen Marc was extremely helpful, patient and his no push attitude towards us was a great experience. After test driving the cars the trade and purchase of the car was quite stress free. Their delivery of the car was top notch, items that required attention from service were all addressed and the car came to us looking practically new! Andrea went over the entire car with us prior to us leaving the dealership and being able to see the car indoors under all lights show that the detailers go the extra mile to make them look great. I have also has the pleasure dealing with service on some accessories for the car. Steve our service advisor and Al their Parts Manager have treated us with respect and ensure all our items are addressed. Definitely a customer oriented place. Keep up the good work!

While looking for a car I had gone to a number of Audi dealerships in the Golden Horseshoe and I was most impressed with the experience I had here. I was paired up with Albert from sales who was able to answer all my questions (I research the hell out of big purchases), which was a welcome change from other locations where I left feeling I knew more than the salesperson. I ended up purchasing my vehicle here, and Albert and his team were great. Even on his day off Albert keep in good communication through the purchase process and then to make sure I got it for the weekend, drove my car to me, on the Saturday of a long weekend, taking my trade in back to save me a trip, now that’s customer service! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Purchased a CPO car from Audi Niagara from out of town. the electronic communications where fast to respond, and everything was setup and in place for when I got to the dealer. Would recommend, great service from all staff involved in the process. Edit : Had some issues with getting some parts purchased, and due to supply issues, there was delays, but Audi Niagara and Al where extremely understanding, and the situation was dealt with in a perfect manner, Big Thanks to Marc and Al for taking care of me even after the purchase of my car !

Where do I start with this review? Let's start by saying our experience with Nick was great to start with. Once we had completed the sale things quite simply fell apart. My partner and I both noticed the change when we declined the extra warranties that Audi had available. It continued when there was no owners manual, and then continued when the ownership papers showed the wrong model (we purchased a q3 not a q5). Both the manual and correted ownership papers did not arrive, were told they were mailed and couriered to us separately, must have got lost, Got the corrected ownership many weeks later as well as owners manual but not warrantee or maintenance book What was also disturbing was all 4 tires were inflated 10 psi lower than the factory spec. What else was missed? Gettin Nick to answer any phone calls or emails was impossible. Nick had promised to go over the features of the car by phone after we took delivery. We are still waiting for that call. This process continued for well over two months. After a 30 year career in sales management and sales training, I find this whole experience was unacceptable. Audi Niagara also lost as potential customers our friends, one of whom is purchasing a q5, and our neighbour who was considering a q3 like ours, but looks like they are getting a BMW instead. So Audi Niagara lost not just us but two more sales, and as anyone in sales knows, a happy customer sends in customers who are easy sales, at maximum profit for the dealership. We both love the Q3 but our experience with Audi Niagara was so poor we would never consider going back for any reason.

Andrea was great & knowlegeable. I gave it a 4 star rating because I got the price was good. Got an excellent trade-in for my old vehicle and great interest rate. However, I find the overall client service is rather impersonable. I bought the vechicle online. It was my 1st Audi. When I picked up my vehicle, neither the sales person nor Finance Mgr. came to say "hello". The sales person was not even there (it was his day off). I simply picked up my car, signed some papers, Andrea gave me a tour and lesson on the MMI. Then we left. I felt my business was just "another stats". I got more customer service when I bought my 2008 BMW backed in 2018 (it was a 10-year old when I bought it). Oh well... at least I got a good deal and happy with the vehicle. A5 was GREAT!
