This is a great group of guys. I had my car towed to Frontline Auto Wreckers down the street after speaking to him about my problem back and forth for a day and when I arrive, this idiot told me he didn't have time. I went to a couple other places that didn't have the battery I needed and then the tow truck driver had to just dump my car at the side of the road. I walked down the road to Andy's and asked for some help. One of the guy's (I think his name was Darren or Derrick) actual left his job and drove to my car and spent 15 minutes helping me boost my car over and over again until it finally started. Even trying to help was great but waiting with me while I tried over and over to get it going even though it wasn't even turning over at first was awesome. FIVE STARS!

Good wrecker, This is one of those yards that you can actually walk through!! Yards like that are getting harder to find. They also have a fair amount of older cars 10+ years.... Alot of yards in london don't want to deal in older stuff. Also their prices are fair. I've been to all the yards in london and this is my favorite.

Bought a speedo cluster for my 97 le sabre - told it was tested 240.00 later mechanic says its dead. They claimed to pull another working one but the guy leaves me a message saying he tested it. The gas gauge but never started the car.. how do you test a gauge without turning it on? long story anyway they refuse to refund or test the other part. Will only give a credit no refund sounds a lot like a scam to me.. here is your dead part thanks for you money ........ stay away from Andys Auto wreckers!!!

Funny reading some of these reviews, sounds more like a personality defect than anything the business did. And I find it funny the language the one gentleman used, really makes you believe him...NOT. We have dealt with Andy's for years, if something is wrong they take it back, refund or replace it. Maybe some of these people should read the warranty info on the back of the invoice which clearly states the coverages. Great people, great service. Do not let these unsubstantiated reviews stop you from at least trying them for yourself.

The big deal is that Andy's auto wreckers as nothing like the use to be Andy's AW. Today you go there and is like walking in a cheap pizza place where they see a little confuse about the price. Otherwise can be manageable. Just have a little patience if you need the parts.

Great customer service. Called their competitor and it rang 7x and they rudely picked up and just announced the name of the store, not their name. Called Andy’s and first ring “Andy’s this is Jason speaking!” Right off the bat I was impressed. Chatted with Jason about what I needed and it was a rear shock for my Mazda. He said they had one on hand and when I came the next day it turned out there was a bit of a communication error. That’s okay! The other gentlemen helped clear it up and they even went out and pulled the shock from a Mazda for me! They don’t normally do this so don’t expect this service ???? but it was to make up for the miscommunication - which I wasn’t even upset about in the first place! Great place, great service, and great effort boys. Will be back! Thank you!

My jalopy broke down while l was there picking up a used part for it..lol..It wouldnt turn over..staff came to my assistance immediatly trying everything to get it going for me..no charge..Had to have it towed..Had me wait inside as it was super cold that day ..Good place , good guys and good used parts! A few years ago I had reason to feel a bit uncomfortable when I went into Andy's major competitor close by. I got the impression that if a woman enters these "manly environment" businesses then.....it is what it is. I wasent really looking forward to stopping in at Andy's for a tire rim. What a difference. The two guys greeted me with a friendly "valued-customer" attitude and took my rim out to the trunk when I would have just done it myself. They charged $20.00 less and were just really nice guys. My 1st visit but I would not hesitate to drop by again when needed. Thanks !!!

Have to agree with previous review, the bad reviews just sound like they're from terrible people. From contacting them through their website, to walking in the door to leaving I had nothing but a great experience at Andy's. They even loaned me a few tools I had forgotten. Then they spent some time trying to locate a part they didn't have on site. They've definitely earned a new customer, and will recommend them to anyone that will listen. Thanks guys!

Asked for a price on a part, guy on the phone quoted, I said "wow thats expensive" and he hung up on me, I didn't even get a chance to say that I would come get it. Called Corey's and the same part was $40 cheaper, thanks Andy's, I wouldn't have even called them if you didn't hang up on me.

The 5 star is for the business as my experience with Derrick is not the only experience I’ve had with Andy’s. About 10mins I called to enquire about the price of a seatbelt which I had bought before. Derrick told me the price was $50, I asked how come since I had bought it for way less previously (wasn’t sure but I mentioned $12). Derrick said he told me it was $50 because it could’ve been $60 and that Corey’s sell seat belts for $12 so I should go there. And hung up. I was in awe. So I called back and ask his name, and asked if he know he should be fired. He hung up again! Zero star for you Derrick

Went there to buy a passenger mirror as they already have it pulled and on the shelf. Brought a paper from another wrecker that said 56 include taxes but they had to still pull it off and come back later. So I went to Andy’s and asked them if they price matched. The young guy I was dealing with was great and said no but the other two older guys jumped in and started laughing and said it’s not Walmart and more laughs. I asked them kindly to stop and told them I was only asking and left without the part that was double what I had quoted from another wrecker at 100. Never go there as the two older guys were extremely rude and unprofessional.

WILSON AND DEREK of Andy's Auto Wreckers during a time of limited hours and U-Pull shut down to public access and only curb side pickups available. I emailed for help requesting a transmission filler hole cap as mine cracked during maintenance due to overheating motor issues the plastic became poor and cracked. I emailed the part and photos of the part over to Andys Auto Wreckers and got a reply right away and within an hour they had pulled the part for me and have it waiting for me. BY far the Best customer service I've had and couldnt ask for a better local shop/yard. I will continue to give them my buisness and tell others about how great they are during my time of need of this part and the craziness of everything being closed and limited hours THANK YOU Wilson and Derek you guys are the best.

The most rudest individuals I have ever spoken too. The business manager Derek posed himself as the owner of the company when I asked for the owner because he was rude and basically called me a liar. When I called back another male answered the phone and when I asked him 7 times who the owner is he kept repeating that he would have to end this call because the way I was talking to him. I believe it was because he knew that Derek (BUSINESS MANAGER) LIED about being the owner. Don't worry I found the owner. I will NEVER deal with them again but will be speaking with the owner. Nice to be able to walk the lot on your own. George in the shop is a really nice guy, very honest. Had my engine swapped here. Did a pretty good job but tnere were a few wiring issues after the fact that he couldnt resolve so i had ti go elsewhere and spend another $600 on tolof the 3 grand i dropped having the engine done. A little frustrating but the experience was good over all. Would go back again for more minor issues. The guys at the front parts counter are nice too, although I found some to be a little snarky.

Called to see if this place had a center console for my car because i heard great things about them and recommendations so i decided to make them my first call. The guy was mostly mumbling and and talking slowly under his breath so i had to ask him to repeat what he was saying only a few times. After the third time he started giving me attitude and hungup on me. Rude and unprofessional. Not even worth 1 rating.

A truly horrible experience, helpful in an emergency but otherwise to be avoided if at all possible. Required mounting plates for rear shocks and couldnt find new ones available. Had to buy a full set of garbage shocks at more than the list (not sale) price of new ones. Never felt more ripped off with anything I've ever purchased... but did get me out of a bind.

I bought a used alternator for 2011 lancer. Installed in the car and did not work. Called them immediately and asked for a refund they said ok. When I returned to the parts desk the young man told me it wasn't there alternator because they did not mark the unit prior to giving it to me. Did not receive a refund only got a core charge. So upset ???? got ripped off 80 dollars.

Went for a battery and a person working there, of his own accord and initiative, put the battery in backwards and blew my power, alternator, and much more and broke the battery terminal connectors also...thanks for nothing...they are responsible for all of the damage they've caused...then then lied to try to cover it up..what a disgraceful company
