About two months ago, I made an appointment online for this Thursday. No confirmation, no price quote, no email, no receipt, nothing, no phone call. They called two days ahead (today) to confirm the appointment. I said we wouldn't need it...service rep hung up on me. If he hadn't been so rude, I would have explained I never got any confirmation from the website and that we hadn't closed on our property yet. And I would have changed the date to two weeks from now when I actually need it. I will take my business somewhere else.

They came while we were at work and removed 3 yards of bad soil, rock, and clay from on top of a tarp in driveway. Picture confirmation of the area after work was completed since we were not home. This is a great service. Knowing that the worthwhile stuff goes to donations really makes clearing it out so much better. The guys who came out to us were fantastic. They were super helpful, clean, respectful, and they were super fast. I couldn't believe it when they said they were done. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 start rating is the pricing. It's super high, especially for removing what to me, is junk. there needs to be dome scale for estimating your own costs on the website or when you call, because the sticker shock at how much my removal was going to cost almost resulted in sending the poor guys off without taking the junk away. I was very disappointed in the lack of up front pricing expectations.

Jesse, Brandon, Amin did a GREAT job. We had a huge tree removed from our yard leaving a HUGE pile of tree shavings. They shoveled it into containers and removed it all. I had an old wooden shed that I needed torn down and removed along with all of the contents. The crew at 1800GOTJUNK did a far better job than I expected for a very reasonable price. The crew was very polite, got the job done quick and did a good clean up after. They don't do just the minimum amount of work required but put in the extra effort to make sure the job is done well and customers are satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

I hired them to do a full basement and garage cleanout. It was A LOT of stuff. 2 guys came for the estimate and said it would take 3 trucks. On the day, 2 guys arrived with 1 truck and said that they would need 7 trucks. Manager was fair about negotiating a new price. They cleaned out garage, 1 truck $500. However, they left behind a propane tank, some chemical products and a lot of things up in the rafters. They were to return the following week for the basement but once they told me that they wouldn't actually donate any of my things, it would all go to the dump, I cancelled the job. There were a lot of items in good, even new condition, some antiques. It was very important to me that they be donated which they originally agreed to. I hired a different company that actually loaded all the furniture and donation worthy items onto a trailer and took to the Goodwill store.

Employees were friendly and on time. I was very disappointed that most of the furniture and appliances were not even attempted to be donated as advertised. They just tossed and broke items to get them in the truck. Everything but one bed was still in good working condition and someone in need could have benefited from it. From the matching drawers to the washer and dryer, tv and table and chairs. I've also had movers that were cheaper and they had to carefully move evertything.

They are absolutely worth every penny and more. We were moving from our apartment of 5 years into our first home today. I gave one of the guys (Brandon) a quick scan of “junk it” (naturally there was almost double what I initially thought.) “No problem, anything else?” They had 3-4 staff members there at every point. They took everything from sofas to boxes of decorative stuff. Last thing, one of the staff saw my dad & I trying to move a fridge onto a dolly. It cost $400 to move and dispose of it, which seems like a lot, but I wanted the thing gone. Considering it cost $300 to have the thing moved here, I thought that seemed ok. We have used them twice, first time they were great ..price was fair and the guys were fast. The second time after they saw what we needed done, they gave us the quote but at the end they changed the price...probably will look into other options in the future :/

Two boys called me to let me know what time they would be here. They were the best customer service. To help them out, we carried all the trash downstairs so they only had to load it into the truck when they got there. They were super surprised we had already done that.
