Busy place, kinda gotta know what you are doing when you get there. Not new person friendly. Stop in office to see where to go, drive on scale wait for the horn, go dump, drive on scale, wait for horn, go inside get paid. That's it.

Excellent. Easy in, easy out, and they pay for what you have. This is my first time recycling scrap metal so great to know; will definitely be back when I have more scrap to get rid of, instead of making my garbage cans weigh a ton.

Go elsewhere. Hardest place to deal with. Struck policy make it hard to scrap there. They have no problem wasting your time before they refuse your load. This is not the first time either. There too large of a company for the little guy.

All the people that work there are super nice. I have not had one issue with Niagara Metals. I was told to try the “other place” so I did. What a huge mistake. I had a full size battery. Rear axle to a Jeep, an entire tin pool all rolled up and some misc brass and copper. Without dragging this on, I got $15!!! He wanted to pay me shreddable steel price for the axle! $40 a ton difference. Anyway, never again. From the front to back everyone is professional and courteous. I love Niagara Metals!!! Sorry I just wanna say one more thing. I love this place and would recommend Niagara Metals to anyone that asks

Niagara Metals on Hertel Ave. is my favorite place to scrap all of my metals. It's conveniently located and easy to drive through and unload. I love the staff here, they are very helpful and friendly!!

I went to this yard with a friend on Friday and was surprised by how good the process goes. Its easy to get the stuff your scraping scraped and the money is pretty good. But the customer service is lacking. The girl clerk was rude and seemed like we were bothering her. We will try a different yard next time.
