new to Niagara falls and there were no signs to guide where to go line up etc. to throw recycling.... there should be signs from start to end to guide people, After looking around for 15min I had a lady shouting out of a window to guide me...

Easy to get to off the QEW, scale master was polite and easy to deal with, leaders were quick, scale in, load and scale out in under an hour, entire facility is paved with lots of room to maneuver.

Called the region hotline ahead of time to confirm they would accept a trailer load of glass windows. After several times on hold so they could check with staff at the facility, I was told yes, they would accept it. Spent hours preparing the glass by removing the frames as requested. Drove from fort Erie to the recycling facility in Niagara falls and they refused to accept it. In the end, I had to take it to the landfill site where I paid to get rid of it. Shame on the Region for allowing over 1000 lbs of clean glass go to landfill. Recycling program is a joke.
