Sold me a bad 4L60E transmission insuranced that it was rebuilt. I spent 380 after tax for it and another 800 for an install just for the transmission not to go in reverse. I called and complained they offered 100 dollars if I to give it back as a core price.

Prices are outrageous wanted 120$ for taillights that cost 85$ new, wants 175$ per door and for a iac he wants 65$ for a part that is that price new. no wonder he has the same stuff in his yard

Always very helpful and honest.If you are doing something that is questionable and could do further harm they will tell up frit and not try to sell a part for the sake of making a sale! They keep great hours and always have gone the extra step. Anyone who has a problem, most likely shows up expecting one so they create one.

They sold me a bad transmission and wouldn't refund me because I opt to have a 100 dollar warrenty after he verbally guaranteed that the transmission was rebuilt. Lost money on a install and called and complain that they sold me transmission that still did not go in reverse. I was offended 100 for a core on the transmission I paid 389 for that didn't work. I went today to get my 100 and bring back the junk they refused said they wanted no dealings because I left a bad review. Ill continue to leave bad reviews until they stop ripping off people. Do not buy from this place try M and M you pull it I've never had any problem with them, except you might for availability. I regret doing business with Daves

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! HAD A PROFESSIONAL DRIVER STUCK ON ONE OF "HIS" ROADS, TOLD DRIVER TO PAY HIM $100 CASH TO GET OUT, WHEN DRIVER DIDN'T HAVE THE CASH TO PAY HIM, HE PURPOSEFULLY SNOWED THE DRIVER IN WORSE SO THAT EVEN THE DRIVER'S ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COULDN'T GET IN AND HELP HIM. DRIVER HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO END UP PAYING HIM TO GET HIM OUT. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I ALSO BELIEVE THERE WAS RACIAL BIAS AS DRIVER WAS A COLOURED MAN.

I called about mirrors for my pick up truck. Looking for just standard manual mirrors that you have to push in yourself. I was told they only have power mirrors but they could order me new ones for $300. Utterly disgusting brand new ones online are $103.

I called for a specific part. The guy told me they had it. I tried giving him the specifics over the phone to make sure - he hung up on me twice. Against my better judgement I drove 45 minutes to this place and they didn't have the right part.

This is by far the most disrespectful and racist service of a junk yard I've ever received in my life and highly do not recommend or wish upon anyone to go threw what I went threw with this terrible guy. I highly recommend that you don't patronize this business especially if you have to deal with that disrespectful, nasty owner. (such a long story otherwise i would explain) but just so people know Im a well established business man my self ; i Own 3 gas stations with c-stores and am well a where of the retail industry so Im telling you from experience this is a very poor, disrespectful, racist customer service establishment.

Very well organized place alot of cars and trucks to get parts yes prices are alittle high but where else in the city or town of Niagara am I going to get very solid rust free truck parts nowhere at least not that I know of so because of that this place is best for finding rust free truck parts

Great place alot of cars there walked into their office told the lady at the desk what I was looking for and they took me out in the yard and show me the part I was looking for was in and out in no time very well organized place the only complaint I had is the the young skinny guy about my age said his name was Will showed me the part I was looking for but he just don't shut up nice guy but man he will just talk your ear off so little tip bring ear plugs other then that great place 10 out of 10 do recommend
