both the tow truck driver and the person on the phone were very polite. Everything was done quickly and with no hassle. The driver came and towed my non-working car away for free, and then I got a little cash for it. Very pleasant experience, would recommend.

Wayne is a friendly guy, was very helpful on the phone, and arranged to pick up my old car within an hour and a half of when I called. The guys showed up early with the tow and were both very friendly. Got everything wrapped up nicely in about 10 minutes, we chatted for a bit, and off they went! Very good experience with these guys.
