Other Return-Its give me a rushed feeling and lots of anxiety but this location has the NICEST staff and they're very happy to tell you where to put things like broken household items or large cardboard etc etc. The location is a little small/slim parking but if you go during the week you'll likely find a spot! Thanks to all the staff for making this location the best one I've been to:)

Came here for the first time today and the lady working was very helpful and explained the express account system, which is a way more convenient method to drop off bottles. Will definitely use it from now on.

Updated Review: Due to Covid I have switched over to the Return It Express option. This bottle depot consistently rips me off. Last time I left 5 bags and was refunded $31, this time 6 bags for $33. How does that make sense? Why give the Express option if you're sour enough about it that you Rip people off? I'll definitely be going to the Queensboro Return it over this bad joke. Previous Review: Always clean, lots of carts to use and friendly staff. Contrary to what others are saying I have asked for and recieved gloves from staff when I forgot my own. Hand sanitizer next to till also. Accurate and quick count. Washroom for use and parking area next to doors.

Busy location and at many times of day the road is blocked by trains and traffic congestion. Could be cleaned more like most of the return-it centers. I think that for the recycling program charges the consumer it should take a stand for the health of workers and customers that better incourages the health and welfare of all.

Just found this location for the purpose of express empties returns. I had 10 huge bags I was dreading having to sort stack and figure about. This express is awesome. Tossed bags in truck. Showed up printed labels. Dropped into slot and left. All in minutes vs hours

I totally like this place because you can bring all recycle. Beer/pop bottles, glass, Styrofoam. Anything an apartment building can't take. Plus really nice employees.

The cleanest depot around. Super friendly staff. The only reason for 4 stars is the location can get very busy, given the railroad crossing. But at a slack time I'd give it 6 stars!

We come here 3 to 4 times a week . They except cans jars plastic Styrofoam and cardboard which are all things that get recycled and do not need to be thrown in the garbage further be put in a landfill. We are happy to company like this exists and as a very good job of managing what used to be considered garbage now Is being recycled . This place is very well organized and managed and exceptionally clean. Thank you

My favourite depot! Clean, well-organized, with a very friendly staff! Never extremely busy on weekdays. Hard to get in and out of at rush-hour due to lineups on Braid Street, so I avoid these times. Othwise, great place!

The lady who works there is amazing!! She is so lovely, kind and always smiling to everyone. I admire her energy and positive energy!! I was there for hour and half sorting hundreds of cans/bottles and even though it took longer than I expected and stayed over the business hours, she was patient with me and kindly helped me to get it all returned!! Highly recommend this place! And please give her a smile :)

Mostly in on a monday to do the weekly recycle. I find this depot is always clean and organized and the lovely lady who processes my stuff is warm and friendly. It is actually fun to recycle so many things in one place.

Best bottle depot in area. Everyone always friendly and helpful. I don’t get any anxiety here to rush like I do at the other depots. Carts always available here and usually no line to turn in your bottles. Only downside is the parking situation since I have a truck but usually have the same problem at the other depots. Plus it’s open later than the other ones. Wouldn’t take my bottles anywhere else

Super clean. Social distancing in place. Great customer service. The Express drop off is amazing. You just use clear bags and they count them for you and deposit the funds into your account. If you use Express drop off you're in and out in seconds.
