I ordered online and told them that the junk that was needed to be removed was renovation debris such as old laminate flooring and baseboards. They arrived on time but only brought two dollies with them. It would have taken at least 30 trips down 17 floors to remove everything. I told them to come back the next day with proper tools to do the job. The next day they brought a bin with them but it was too large for the elevator. Back to the shop in Coquitlam for a smaller bin. Even with all of the inconvenience to me, they still charged full price of over $600. The guys were polite and all, but this company has to provide them with the tools to do the job efficiently.

The Just Junk team saved my beans with a couch and mattress removal. Super chill and professional service, really happy with the booking process, confirmation and removal. Booking you can do by calling or booking on the website, they make it easy to guess your cost as well for budgeting. We were also called to confirm, and called an hour before appointment to ensure we were ready. When the removal happened they were Covid safe, took precautions and made sure we felt safe. The team was super rad and made it easy. If I ever need junk removed again I know who to call!

there was a discrepancy regarding just junk's invoice. my request for a discussion went unanswered until i called again after 5 days. mike then outlined the charges as stated on the bill and said there was nothing to be done. poor response and no accommodation.

I do not recommend them. I booked and called the day of removal. No one had called me to confirm the date I had booked. I was told everything was good and they would be at my place as booked. Instead a guy showed up at 415pm !looking at his phone said we messed up. Im here to give you a quote( alteady had that done 4 days prior) !!!! He said every worker had gone home. Its 4:15 pm in the afternoon!!!!!!! Had to rebook for next day. I chose to cancel and book with someone else. Found the service poor. Did not show much concern for their complete and utter failure and pur me in such a difficult situation

Bjorne and Matt showed up on time and loaded the contents of a 1 bedroom plus den apartment into the truck. I was amazed that they fit it all in. A competitor had estimated at least 3 truck loads for a total of just under $2000 dollars. Glad I said too much as Just Junk did it in one truck for $700. I definitely recommend this company and their hard working employees.
