I bought a speedometer for them from Subaru 2015. I paid through PayPal, shipped quickly, but I got a speedometer from 2005 Subaru very old. I contacted through email, I do not speak English. After some time, the seller himself got in touch and solved this problem. I shipped the cluster to 2015! I really respect this approach to the client. For honesty, thank you very much!

Terrible! ....had to get wiper motor fix an the mechanic that fixed it stood on the facade that's under the wipers an broke it up. Just argued on what it was for!?? Instead of replacing it. Like really?? Never buy part's or bring another vehicle of any make to have repaired there!!! I'd no sooner have a vehicle towed past for in favor of a having it fixed properly!

CROOKS - Sold me a seized engine. Purchased an engine from Reynolds Auto Salvage. Had it shipped to me. When it arrived, I was very surprised to find that it was seized tight. Mike Cave swore that the engine was checked to be spinning freely before it was shipped. I removed the oil pan based on Mike's direction. It was full of metal. Sent Cave pictures and let him know that both a local dealer and the OPP confirmed that the engine was seized. Cave even went to the point of challenging me and asking if I was calling him a liar because I said it was seized and he said he personally checked it before it left and it was not. Reynolds insisted it be shipped back to them so that they could confirm it was seized. Which I did. After Reynolds received the engine, it was clearly seized. I did get my purchase price and shipping 1 way refunded but am still out $200 for shipping an engine that should never have left their yard. Even though they seem pretty reasonable up front, I would steer anyone looking at using these guys to go somewhere else.

Bought a 2012 Dodge Ram Engine we were told it was a good runner we installed the engine had no problem was a little worried about buying it we purchased one at another auto wrecker first and it had a noisy top end.. Thanks for getting me out of a jam will call again

I ordered parts for a 2011 corolla le. They wouldn't order me a trunk because the model number came back as an s type even though i assured them it was an le. Two days later i get a call, they have everything including a s type trunk lid... i said its a le so he said bring it in. Its in pieces thats not going to happen. So i wait. 2 weeks. Then i called to check... no one ordered anything. He said the parts would be there tomorrow asked me the color of my car and i told him he said hed have one there the same color. I thought great. They called at lunch said my parts are all there. I left work early unpaid and drive out. The trunk lid was dented and to a ce and didnt match my le car and they didnt have my washer resevoir. I waited over 45 min there to get half my parts. I wouldnt recommend them but thats my experience there.

I post this here because they are part of Reynolds Salvage and Towing. Last week we had an emergency tow done. We went to pay and pick up the car. They told me $190 for the bill but if I left the car with them there would be no charge. I wanted the car back so I arranged another tow company to bring it to my house. When they showed up the guy at Reynolds started yelling and screaming because I used a different tow company, and then stated he wouldn't release my car for $580 now. I'm 18 years old and they totally took advantage of that fact. So what choice did I have I'm a university student in a bad spot with not that kind of money. What a bunch of crooks. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS BELOW BAR!!!

Recently needed to replace a 2004 Honda Element liftgate and thought I would call salvage yards near me in Halifax. Found a few but no color match so I kept looking. Found a perfect one in Ontario but the guy wouldn't ship it. One salvage yard I contacted found two but both were dented. So, I thought I would try yards in New Brunswick. No luck until I stumbled over Reynolds Collision Centre and spoke to Mike Cave. He had one and sent photos. Liftgate appeared to be exactly as he said it was. I was a bit apprehensive because their only web rating was 1 star. After thinking about it for a day I purchased the liftgate as well as the lower tailgate for the plastic cladding. The price for both pieces and shipping to my address was surprisingly low. I placed my order Wednesday morning and Friday morning a truck arrived with what looked like a small house. It's hard to believe someone would take so much time to pack used auto parts with such care. Great prices and superb service. Have no idea about that other review but for the experience I had I'm not sure 5 stars are enough.
