Marshlands has a great selection of parts in stock, or they can usually get what you need same day ( if ordered early) The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. Very rarely is Marshlands cost competitive to the likes of RockAuto or even some other local places. Sometimes the prices are just joke prices - like an alternator that's one hundred bucks at RockAuto, one hundred and fifty at Canadian Tire - and is three hundred at Marshlands, like for like. What!? A while ago they started an online web catalogue which was a little flaky but worked and they had long opening hours. Things were looking promising! Now they've scrapped both, you have to call for quotes and the opening hours are until six pm during the week and not very good at all at the weekend (closes at 1pm sat and not open at all Sun). When trying to compete against local Canadian Tire, Princess Auto and the like, well, good luck!

They do a great job competing with other stores. However everytime I have walked in to purchase anything the staff make you feel like you're annoying them. That is one thing that could boost the rating in the overall atmosphere of the store. Would not go here if I could find the part elsewhere. I would definitely try to find parts at another store before here just to avoid the staff.

I went in for 3 wiper blades and a gas cap. 2 of the wiper blades were in stock and they were able to order in the other two items. The staff member saw that I was not sure how to put the wiper blades on and kindly went out in the cold and installed them for me. I picked up the other items the next day and again another kind staff member went out to help me with a wiper blade . Very friendly and knowledgeable staff !! Also I found the prices much lower than expected. Around $40 for the 4 items I needed ! Will definitely shop here again

Rarely are these guys anything but the best price in town. You can occasionally beat their price on parts if you look on eBay when the dollar exchange rate is reasonable. I highly recommend them as the first place you call for parts.

Very disappointed with marshland the service is mediocre at best if they don’t sell you the wrong part the first time then they’ll sell you a part that was damaged in shipping and won’t give you your money back unless you buy it again at another parts store with proof of purchase I spent 400$ on a intake manifold and the only way they would’ve refunded me was if I’d buy another that was 500$ at Napa so that means I would need to spend a grand total of 900$ to get my money back won’t be wasting my time at marshlands again
