Terrible Customer Service. Some of the worst i've ever seen. The "owner" James, has a terrible attitude towards his customers including smart remarks to pertinent questions. Lack of knowledge, and overall bad attitude. Took a vehicle to them to be serviced and wasn't touched for over a week and the only replies to questions were curt, very distinctly uncaring answers. DO NOT take your vehicle here. Only one service attendant named "Eric" who has yet to be seen. Save your time, save your money, save your effort.

I called looking for a tire on a rim. When I got there later on, they had it ready for me, and only charged me for the rim, because the tire wasn't in great condition, but will do for a while. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and will be sure to go back when I need anything else.

If I could I would give no stars! Called today about a starter first was told the car was there for it to be taken off of so I could pick up tomorrow then was told it had to be ordered in so I couldn't pick up until Monday. Was told I needed to make a deposit to order it I asked how much of a deposit and was told well the price of the part . He had a young girl being his middle man for our conversation but I heard him in the background saying if it's gonna be a hassle for her she can go elsewhere to get her part...that was said because I was asking questions because I wasn't being told anything...worst customer service

Worst customer service ever!! Extremely rude. Another customer just barged in and total trumped our conversation ... Was told we weren't priority as he was buying from us and other person was buying from him. Pretty sure items you purchase make you money!!!

AVOID this place if at all possible . They have the rudest , and most ignorant staff that you could ever meet : and they have higher prices than other auto salvage yards in the area . Their business model seems to be trying too grab customers that are going past their entrance up to Wrecks Unlimited ; and they will claim too have parts in stock that they don't......don't waste your time and money at this business !!!;

I called for parts was told would take 3 to 4 business days to get them removed. so I had my hubby take the afternoon off to go take them off for me. Keep in mind, I have used this place for years since it was located in hampton. They wouldn't let me drive the tools up to where the vehicle was (because people steal was told) and when I inquired about being able to drive up to retrieve all the tools the staff was nothing but rude!!! While I watched my hubby lug 3 loads of tools that were needed to get parts off. We won't be back. Poor business indeed????

I went in looking for a battery ended up needing a clamp because mine was cracked but battery was fine. The owner "James" gave me a brand new clamp no charge! That kind of service brings me back..

I would recommend this company. 100%. Scrap cars mechanical work you name it they're your guys. A lot of Auto has golden circle recyclings support.. For those of you that made a low review. Please take into consideration that these men are very busy and work very hard to keep things running day today. If you were not looked after in the proper way I'm sure if you just give it a chance a lot of Auto can and will leave you satisfied.

Very poor service. My boyfriend had emailed A Lot Of Auto well over a month or two ago inquiring about a few things. After they hadn't gotten back to him, I phoned myself and was speaking with a nice lady, was told the part we were looking for wasn't showing up in the system, but she could send the mechanic out to take a look and call me back. After inquiring about something else, only to also be told she would have someone call me back. That was 2 weeks ago, still haven't heard from anyone. Poor way to run a business.
