These people are legit crooks and no word of a lie live by their own made rules and laws that govern. A call to the BBB was made on their behalf all the while my vehicle sits there with the windows down and has probably got animals inside. The process of changing into my name is currently pending ,even though I already paid as the condition of vehicle will remain their responsibility if it remains in their custody. Joke will be on them in the end .

A tiny bit rednecky, but these guys know their stuff. Can't beat the scrapyard selection, or the towing capacity. They can and will tow anything.

They told me that I needed a new engine and would cost $3500. I decided to take my truck to another shop and they fixed a torn valve gasket for $200 and has been running perfectly since.

Expensive and not very helpful! Told me the switch I needed would be 25 bucks and told me it would be a 30 minute wait for them to finish lunch and retrieve the part. 30 minutes for a part that takes literally a minute to pull out and overcharge me by 10 to 15 dollars....not heading back to this place.

My truck was towed here after having a diagnostic test already been completed. Western Auto Wreckers performed another one although we already knew and communicated to them the problem. They then refused to release our vehicle until we paid over $100. Overall it was a frustrating experience that left me feeling ripped off and frustrated. Not a company that I would recommend or trust.

I called western to move my fifthwheel and to level it the guy came out didn't level the fifthwheel and moved it 10 ft he got me to pull the blocks and do a bunch of the work and I was charged nearly $500. Way more then I was quoted and I had to do a bunch of the work. I felt pretty ripped off I could have seen it being fair being charged 250 max for what was done.

Cory and crew went the extra miles to deliver my sea can from Barriere to Balfour. They had to backtrack from Shelter Bay to Revelstoke due to a ferry breakdown on Arrow Lake and take the long trip around. It still arrived on time and at the originally quoted cost. Great friendly bunch and I would recommend that they be your first call!!

I've heard great things about this business and their employees, past experiences with their employees have been wonderful, always nice and helpful, but after meeting briefly with the owner I don't feel comfortable going back, it's possible he was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on me but that's a hell of a way to represent your own business

Locked my keys in my truck. I didn't want to spend the time and energy prying the door open myself and possibly destroying the weather stripping. I call and ask for someone to come open my door. Guy proceeds to do exactly what I could have done myself. Pry the door open damage the weather stripping and get the door open. Takes him 45 minutes to get the door open. Why am I paying for a service that takes almost an hour and damages my car. When asked to pay he claimed he doesn't have his receipt book and can't take credit card payments in person. He claimed he had to write down all my credit info then email me a receipt. Extremely unprofessional and damages my truck. Tells me he is just a middle man and complain to his boss.
