I'm very picky when it comes to tow crews moving my truck and or car. I highly recommend him. He saved me a huge ticket from bylaw enforcement's. Told him my situation and was there so quick. He was personable honest and so kind. I keep his card cause I know where ever I am I can trust him to help me out. Great quotes fair and honest. Can't beat that :)

On a very cold and slippery morning on my way to catch a ferry I met up with some very unforgiving black ice. In fact the entire road was nothing but Black ice. I found my truck and camper sliding backwards down the road until we stopped with the trailer half in a drainage ditch the other wheels off the ground and absolutely no traction . Nate from Hubcity towing showed up and with some very expert maneuvering (using two trucks) he managed to get me back on the road with no damage to truck or trailer. It was a pleasure to watch this professional work his magic. He turned a disastrous morning around and ensured I was aware and comfortable the entire time. He is an absolute credit to his profession. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.

Hub City Towing agreed to tow my car at short notice ... and then agreed - without complaint - to defer for a day to work around the garage's schedule. Mike showed up on time, skillfully rolled my car down my steep driveway, and then carefully hooked it up to his truck. He was polite, professional and fast. Definitely recommend Hub City Towing.

All their trucks were busy atm, but he didnt want to leave me stranded so he rushed out in a personal vehicle and had me back on the road asap. Great service, will definitely use next time!

I got a flat tire and went into a mud hole, he helped pull out my car and replace my tire. I thought I would be at his mercy when it came to price, but he was super fair with the price! Blew a tire on the Highway. Could not get my vehicle to a safer place. Called Hub City on the strength of great reviews. Nathan was already headed for a call; but said he would stop and move me to a safer place. When he arrived, he told me he would rescue me first, as I was in a more hazardous position than his prior call; which was for a scrap car pickup from a safe residential driveway. Much appreciated. I learned that he has been in the business most of his life. A true professional. At a reasonable cost!

I was frantic when my van wouldn't start. I booked an appointment with a mechanic and called Hub City Towing, and was bracing for the two hefty bills coming my way. Instead, after explaining the issue to him when Nate from Hub City Towing arriving, he fixed my mechanical issue, explained to me what the issue was, and showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again, and then he charged me a very low rate. I was absolutely thrilled, turning a nightmare into positive. This was the best service I've had anywhere in a very long time and if you're reading this Nate, thanks again. I called for a tow the night before hoping I could make an appointment for the next day before I went to work. Nate said he opened at 9am, but when he heard the disappointment in my voice, said of course he could come at 6am. He came the next morning, exactly on time and was polite, kind, and extremely helpful. When I tried to give him a tip to show my appreciation for opening up & coming so early for me, he declined. This is a man who is kind , caring, and genuinely likes to help people. Never have I gotten better customer service anywhere, and I mean any type of business.
