Why didn’t I use this service sooner! The guys were fantastic! They worked around MY schedule and it was over in less than ten minutes. This is a big relief off my shoulders and the price was as fair as it could be to just get rid of things that caused me such hassle. It cost me $99 for a pickup of a box spring. No mattress. No bed frame. $99 for a box spring that was outside of the house ready to be picked up. The whole process took about 4 minutes. I think that is crazy over priced. However, the two people who came to pick it up were friendly and kind I couldn't help but feel they just made up an amount when they showed up. No where on the website did they have quotes for items nor do they have quotes for items when you book online. I was completely surprised when the guy said $99. At that point they are already at your door waiting to do the job you have hired so I felt obligated to pay. Not a fan of this service and I will be using other junk removal services on the future.

I have so much going on at the moment (with a piece meal renovation), that the existence of 1-800-Got-Junk is an angel. I've used them twice this year to help me keep things more manageable during a pretty chaotic time. The process of booking them is easy, and after they're gone I definitely breath a sigh of relief when I look around and see space where there used to be stuff. The staff come with a friendly attitude that's much appreciated too because when they show up to someone's house, I'm sure it's not until then that they know what they're dealing with exactly. When I consider the cost of figuring out what to do with all the stuff that I had whether by myself or even with my contractor, for the peace of mind and efficiency of being there, I find their prices reasonable.

Poor service! Sent 2 not-so-strong women, said they usually don't take junky stuff (?). Their website says 'just point' and they will pick up from anywhere on the property, but these women complained that everything we had for pickup should have been put in one place. After assessing the job would take multiple trips they set everything up to ensure that it would be completed within my short timeline. Cody and Shain arrived today on time and continued with the excellent work started the day before. They provided a level of service that is hard to find in this industry these days. As they were sorting to through the boxes etc they had pulled out of my crawl space they ensured I had a chance to review everything before it was on the truck. On a couple of occasions they found some sentimental items that I had missed and brought them to me ensuring that nothing important was thrown out. My 1-800-GOT-JUNK experience was fabulous. With so much time at home, and the new need to share my office with husband, it became obvious we were bursting at the seams with things we don't use. I booked a pick up for the next day, and there were many options for time slots. The team called ahead so we had all the stuff piled in the garage ready for them. They didn't need to come inside which was important during Covid 19. Once they saw the pile they estimated the load and the $ quote. They were professional, kind and quick with the loading process. I paid by credit card once they confirmed their estimate of 1/6 of a load was accurate. The whole pick up process took 15 minutes. Top notch service. Highly recommended. I feel so much lighter now.

Hiring this company is super easy; go online, put in your address, tell them what kind of junk you want picked up , what day you want it picked up, they call you to confirm. When they showed up (which is right when they said they would) showed them the stuff, efficiently loaded it up. Even asked if they should take their shoes off to come in the house (nice of them to offer - who does that anymore). Was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. Feels great to get rid of the stuff - so easy!
