Only issue is that their phones are really busy and you'll be on hold for a while, and if you come in to pick up your part, expect to wait at the counter while employees gab to each other. Hollywood auto parts in toronto is very helpful with any and all parts and questions anyone would ever need or ask. Ontop of any other issue that may arise they got the best prices by far. I use them anytime i can. Especially if i need parts yesterday. They can be literal life savers, or just a good line to get your parts. The owner Jordan, is exceptional to deal with. Professional, respectful, and super knowledgable. They make the dealer parts guys look like rookies. Part factory dry? Give hollywood auto parts a try. They have the cars with the parts you desire.

I ordered a stereo for my car, i spoke to mike on the phone, he was courteous and professional and answered all my questions so im not sure why people left negative comments? The stereo was at the shop exactly at the time he said it would be., They were super quick and a 60 day warranty with the part. I think people understood it as a pull your own parts and are upset that they cant, even though it says the Barrie location only. when i called he explained they pull the part for you and you pick it up and they make sure it works first which is 1000 times better in my view.

Hollywood North on Eastern Avenue at Leslie Street was the auto scrap yard that came to pick up an elderly neighbour's car for kidneycars.ca. When the tow truck driver first came my neighbour couldn't find his registration slip to turn the car over and the driver had to leave. However, the dispatcher, Andrew, called us within 10 minutes and explained since the car was being donated to Kidney Cars there was no problem. He had the tow truck back within 10 minutes and the driver had the car hooked up and towed away. What I thought would be a major headache was handled in minutes by Andrew at Hollywood North. Both my neighbour and myself are very pleased with how professional it was handled. Thanks!

I have bought 2nd row seat that I knew it would fit. Seller argued with me that it won't. But it did. I feel that in return they stain it with transmission fluid so it smells badly or someone dump spill oil on it as it was fresh:(

Jordan took really good care of my demand, easy and fast and best price i found! Even after realizing i had chosen the wrong spare part i emailed him a sunday afternoon and he replied right away that he could change the part before the pick up day with no problem. He finally gave me the new part without paying the remaining cost difference ($25 CAD!!!). Definitely a place i'll come again! Highly recommended.

People must realize that this is a used auto parts place, not Morton’s steakhouse. It’s not fancy and nobody is wearing a suit. Yes, every time I’ve been there it’s been really busy. The phones are ringing off the wall because people know that Jordan, Andrew and the boys can be counted on to get the parts they need fast and way cheaper than the dealer. Personally, they have been able to get me almost every part I’ve ever need for my cars quickly, even some really random bits. If an issue arose with a part they provided, they have always taken care of it without questions. A+ boys. Keep up the great work.

Worst customer service!!! When you call you will be on hold forever!! Then if you order a part good luck on getting it on time. It may or may not come the next day. Its better to just deal with some other wreckers. Especially if you promise a customer that there car will be ready a certain date. Never calling this place again. They don't care for the business. 0 stars. Their attitude sucks as well!!!

Rude people and they provide a rather useless warty. bought a power steering pump here. at first it did not seem to work when I got it installed. I ended up calling Hollywood North for some after sale service. that was rude and unpleasant. also their warranty is kind of weird. if the part doesn't work they won't give you your money back, but they have 90 days to provide and other part. who has time to wait for that???

Rough experience ordering a mechanical part from Hollywood North Auto Parts. However, they surprised my expectation by offering a full refund after about month and more trying to find an replacement for the exchange part that didn't fit. Part came from the right car but different transmission which the receipt lists the car that the part comes off. For customer service they seem willing to help and all but their tone and methods come off as very uncourteous. Did get some good used tires from them that were identical to the previous stock ones . They were extremely dirty with water inside them but seem good condition and no issues after 3 months of use.

I called for a part and was told I would have to come and pay for the part before it would be removed from the vehicle. I drove to pay for the part (Tuesday), was told it would take 24hrs and that they would call to let me know it was available. Called on Friday and left a message and left phone number, never heard from them. Monday, called and was told parts where available, drove there to find out the part had been shipped to Toronto, would have to come back again. Not impressed!!!!

We agree with all the zero stars but you have to give 1 star minimum All the 4 stars are fake reviews. Nobody likes this place. These guys are Liars Schiesters Con artists Ridiculous prices Garbage service Could not be worse This place is filthy and the Worst customer service experience ever in our lifetime!! The phones are always busy and even after we left several voice messages they don't call you back. We called this salvage yard on eastern Ave Toronto and the guy picked up and put us on hold for 45 mins. Then he comes back on the phone and says we are closing now. His name was andrew, and he did not even listen to what we were looking to buy. He said come to the yard and check it out for yourselves. Since We live far away and did not wanna drive 2 hrs to find out they don't have any parts. We tried calling them all week and always on hold , It seems they don't want customers to call and give them any business and they keep you on the phone for hours and hang up on you. Buyer beware it's a waste of your time and cash to buy from this rip off salvage yard. Go to any other salvage yard or used car parts stores for better service and warranty. These guys will rip you off. We had excellent service at carcone , Sewell and every othersalvage yard was very customer service oriented!!! The rude guy who works there said he was the owner and he is andrew who is extremely busy talking to his friends on the phone and ignores the customers who come into the filthy salvage yard. He even lied to us about pricing and parts after we drove 2 hrs to buy parts and He thinks that we cannot buy these salvaged parts from other sources. Buyer beware, do not waste your time and money at this north Hollywood salvage yard. Go to Sewell or any other place.
