I brought my car in for a wheel alignment and a stud swap. Recieved several calls saying that they ordered the wrong parts, and then changed their story saying that I needed a whole new bearing. Then they finished off their sales strategy by saying the alignment couldn't get done due to seized bolts and that all the parts have to get replaced. 5 minutes of putting together this story, they billed me $50 after doing nothing. Apparently that's the cost for putting a car up on a hoist and setting up. A "2 min tire alignment setup fee". Nice! To top it off, I went to another shop right after and they did everything I needed and said it wasn't a problem for $150. Thats 3x the cost of me getting sucked by this place. If value your time and money, then stay away from this business.

SCAMMERS. We put a window regulator on hold until end of day today (Monday Nov 29). We called them around Friday or Saturday. I called them this morning on Monday to confirm they still have it before driving there. AND THEY SAID SOMEONE ELSE PICKED IT UP BUT WE HAD IT ON HOLD. VERY UNORGANIZED COMPANY AND DISRESPECTFUL TO POEPLE WHO PUT HOLDS. NEVER SHOP HERE OR TRUST THEM EVER.

"CAUTION BE AWARE" SCAM AUTO WRECKERS. I drove an hour and a half to pick up a part for my Range Rover from Vic...took it back to my mechanic where I was told the part was defective. I Called Vic and he told me to bring the part back for a refund. When I got there, a guy by the name of Sam became extremely rude when I told him I came to "return" the defective part. It's amazing how people's attitude changes when your doing a "purchase" vs "return". Customer service should stay the same regardless of the transaction. Instead of taking accountability for the defective part and being issued a refund, I was accused of tampering with the part and refused a refund. I was told they took over operations not to long ago. They are definitely in this business to scam people. PLZ BE AWARE & CAREFUL OF THIS AUTO WRECKER.

Every time I phone them they say they don’t have to part without even checking the computer or the yard I remember going there the same day seeing the part I needed and ended up taking it off myself and they gave me a horrible price still!
