SMS Manufacturing has antiquated equipment faulty non functional safety equipment warning and hazard lights are burned out they drug test all the time they have work before any safety protocol is issued you carry a time card every where you go each job has different times locations must be on card no vacation time awful benefits and if you get sick for more than three days good bye you will be terminated at will they do not offer any forgiveness and the lack of knowledge at the gary location its amazing know one has been injured if you are wanting to become property easily discarded work here hope this helps

The lady below is just mad her douchebag husband got fired cause he lied on his application and didn't have a valid drivers license. SMS is a great place to work, very safe and quite possibly has the best machine shop within a 200 mile radius of its location. Sorry Mrs. Luna that your married to a douchebag but your description of this place is not only inaccurate but absurd!
