I called them this morning around 9:00am to find out if they would be open because I needed the kickstand on my motorcycle repaired. I am an essential worker in San Francisco and ride my bike everyday. I took my kickstand down to the shop, explained my situation and not only did they take the job but said it would be ready the next day. At 12:39 I received a call telling me it was ready. My comment, “wow that was fast”. Their reply, “you needed it for work tomorrow, right”. It was clear they made an extra effort for me because I am an essential worker. The repair was great, the price very reasonable and the service was exceptional!!!! Thank you. James

In seeing some negative reviews for Moose I just had to add that they have done 3 jobs for us consisting of supply and fabrication and all 3 went smooth. These folks know what they are doing, it is as simple as that. When I see negative reviews that are 100% opposite of my experience I wonder about the motivation.

Today, I was in desperate need to 3 metal uprights cut for my project at work. I called almost all over pittsburg but one company refer me to another company that they thought will cut metal. I had one company that was willing to do it but I would have to wait until the next day. I needed it cut right away bc I'm going to work early to start my project. So Eva the clerk. She was very helpful. She wanted me to send pics n email her. So we did n also we took it in n they looked at it. They of course was able to and got it done in 30 minutes. Paid all 3 uprights for under $70. I recommend everyone that needs metal cut. Please go n check them out. They

Nice selection of material, fair pricing, decent remnant selection for the small projects. Plus they do cut to order and custom fabrication. They carry fence and gate parts, diamond plate, DOM pipe, SS, some cast iron and pretty much anything you need. I will be back for more.

Have left work early twice now after work to buy some metal @ about 5:00pm their door and web site says closes at 6:00 pm. I call and they don't answer. The last time I went by I knocked on the door no answer so I looked in the window and could see a light brown or blonde haired lady sitting behind the computer and would acting like no one was knocking this place should be called MOOSE RUN YOU AROUND or MOOSE GARBAGE the place sucks hated it
