Good people, had what I needed, provided useful advice. Without getting into detail, they really helped beyond what most brick & mortar stores of any type would do. The other scrapyards or car parts places I called, really didn't care, which is more typical of this industry as far as I remember - I hadn't shopped them much really in quite some time. Compassion & empathy in business was something I mentioned to an author of a business book on entrepreneurial passion that he was recently promoting, as his next theme. This is a perfect example.

Très chic d'appeler sous une référence pour une pièces de voiture antique et sous prétexte que je demande qu'elle sois en bon état, on me rapelle et me dit qu'ils ont pas juste ca a faire de perdre une heure avec quelqu'un qui as des demandes. D'aller en acheter une neuve. J'ai apeler un autre recycleur qui avais la meme pièces qui étais belle et j'ai accepté de la paye bien au delà de son prix de liste neuve. C'est pas le meilleur plan d'affaires de prendre les gens pour des epais qui ont des exigences sans savoir qui ont les moyens de payer. Desolé de vous avoir fait perdre votre précieux temps.
