Very friendly service and I was happy with the amount that they gave me for my car. I thought I had cleaned out everything, but I forgot my 407 transponder and they were so kind enough to point that out! They're also VERY responsive to emails. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars!

In an industry where you might not expect to receive five star service, these guys deliver. Kind, responsive, and fair. The driver arrived right on time and was exceptionally helpful in getting the vehicle (which had seized up) out of a tight garage. Highly recommended.

I am so pleased at the service in received today ( sunday). We had bought a new car and didn't have parking at my place and scrap car removal mississauga accommodated me at my convenience and one of their drivers showed up in the rain and towed away our old car. Gave me a quote, was punctual despite being busy and telling them there's no rush. Tower took my car and gave the same amount I was quoted for. Both the person I called and the tow truck driver communicated perfectly. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask. They are there to help you and give you the most they can offer. If you leave out any details about your car in terms of missing parts, you will definitely get less money than quoted. Will definitely call them again if I need to get rid of a future car.
