Sold me an alternator and power steering pump for a good price. Alternator works great but the power steering pump leaks bad at the suction side. Upon disassembly of the leaking pump I found a couple old and hard o-rings which I replaced and the pump appears to be working as intended, not ideal but it wasn't a tough fix.

I couldn’t be happier! I was searching for a seat for my sons KIA Sorento who’s leather seat was torn in many areas. I had checked with KIA on the price of the leather seat cushion alone as that’s all I really needed. The cost was $550- plus tax. There’s no way I would ever pay that! I found Orillia Auto and Truck Recyclers where I dealt with a gentleman name Jody. Due to the COVID restrictions there was no way I could physically go out to the yard to look and on top of that I live 90 minutes away. Jody arranged to have the seat removed from the car and have it taken to the front office promising me he’d have a good look first to make sure it met my expectations and call me when it was ready for me to look at. I picked up the entire car seat this morning for $150.- It was mint!!! Thank you...thank you...thank you!!!

The one place that i called that agreed to look for a part (catalytic convertor) that would fit my car and hold it for me. The other places just toss them for scrap metal. Saved me nearly $800 over buyong a new one for a 15 year old car.

Waste of time!! Will make you wait days with no response. They list their parts as grade "A" but when you call and inquire, they say its rotted and bad? Terrible customer service, specially by Karen on the phone.

Horrible service. Id give a zero star if possible. Gone there a few times now cash in hand for parts and they basically blow you off unless its worth big bucks. Wont let you in the yard and have no staff to assist past the desk. More then a few times they've said they'd call when my avail part was pulled and ready and ive never got a return call on any instance. Basically if you need a part asap id spend the extra gas money and go to hollywood auto in shanty bay or cookstown. Disappointing for being one of the few auto wrecker yards locally.

I Recently purchased a car from Orillia Auto and Truck Recyclers. The point man there is Jaime, he is super responsive and easily accessible by phone. He took accurate pictures of the vehicle I was to purchase seeing as I was coming to get it from 600km away. He also did me the favour after the sale was done to take additional pictures in order for me to start ordering parts accurately. I really appreciated this after sale service. the treatment I received was a notch above.
