Tried ripping me off on a sensor that’s 23.99 brand new saying he just spent 25 bucks pulling one of his guys from what he was doing I guess they pay 25 a minute there I kinda want a job there but don’t want to have enemies from him ripping people off all the time

If you don't pick up your order in time they will try and bill you full price and put the product back on the shelf stating that "they are not a warehouse" even though they had not already billed the credit card for the order. Or at the least that's what they say they would do when I called to check my order. Would have been a quick call to Mastercard that's for sure. Not sure how they think that would go down. 2 stars because, idunno, merry Xmas.

Progressive auto parts are the best. They rendered efficient service to their customers. The last time I was there, they went above and beyond fixing my car to my taste. They are very friendly people, they listen carefully to their customer's complaints to find a way of helping them out and very welcoming. Thanks for putting smile on my face progressive auto parts. Decent prices and a great selection of gm Chev truck parts.. they even negotiate on price... The first price is often toooo high but just asking for a discount will often get them down to a more reasonable $.... I'll be back to get more parts for my truck

Terrible customer service, there's no guarantee any parts will work(No refunds or replacements if they don't work), we've purchased parts from them just to find out we need to get parts for what we purchased from progressive auto parts where we were told they worked great. Very Greasy Business. Nothing is complete as they'll tell you on the phone and once they have your money your out of luck. Do yourself a favour and go to Aimes, Bucks auto or Westman Salvage who value you as a customer.

He found it promptly in the yard, made sure it fit and even put it into place on my vehicle. All around good experience and would recommend!
