(Translated) The towing of my vehicle was carried out without the owner's agreement. The person (receptionist) received a call to tow my vehicle without asking more questions than necessary. They did the towing without having the keys and vehicle records. No one was on site when towing. The vehicle was in a safe place and in a private parking lot and it was not the owner of the place who called. I have never been contacted to be told that my vehicle has been towed. When I went there they refused to let me see my vehicle, although I explained the situation and the receptionist agreed. The service is terrible and unprofessional. (Original) Le remorquage de mon véhicule à été effectué sans l'accord du propriétaire. La personne (receptionniste) à reçu un appel pour faire le remorquage de mon véhicule sans posés plus de question qu'il ne faut. Ils ont effectué le remorquage sans avoir les clés et les enregistrements du véhicules. Personne n'était sur place lors du remorquage. Le véhicule était dans un endroit sur et dans un stationnement privé et ce n'est pas les propriétaire de l'endroit qui avait appelé. Jamais je n'ai été contacté pour me faire dire que mon véhicule à été remorqué. Quand je suis aller sur place ils ont refusée que je voie mon véhicule, malgré que j'ai expliquée la situation et que la réceptionniste m'aient donné raison. Le service est exécrable et non professionnel.
