Quite and experience. There was 5 people hiding out in a little trailer at the scales yet I couldn’t find anyone when I arrived. Most of them were unsure of what was going on. The guy on the loader had virtually no clue how to remove the car from my trailer. They were going to bust the forks through the windows, then they were going to rip it straight off the back with a chain. Luckily I told them the way other yards do it. I feel fortunate my trailer didn’t get damaged in the process. It’s not worth the $25 more they pay to have them near my truck and trailer with a loader. I think I’ll go elsewhere next time.
