I would not use 1800gotjunk again unless I want to be ripped off again with a smile! Two bearded bozos came in late causing me to be late with my other engagements that day. They quoted me a price of something like $442.00 for 10 carton boxes 3 bags and a headboard in my apartment, and they included in the quote my storage room downstairs. The problem is that they didn't see what was in the storage downstairs, but hey! Who needs to see what they're quoting, when one can simply figure out a quote out of thin air. They just pitched a price stemming from their imagination. I question the price and the guy stated oh it's going to use half of the truck, as if I was born yesterday! It wasn't taking all that space. Poor service and bad pricing. Had the nerve to think I would give them a tip. Here’s a tip for you, stop baiting and switching on.

We called for their help and the next day 2 GotJunk gentlemen arrived and listened to what we wanted their help getting out of our home.
