I had to wait 14 minutes for a coffee and laute to then be told that the latte machine was broken ????. Getting close to 4:00 and I was the only customer there at the time. All of a sudden the place filled up. No fault of the cashier as she was the only one working. There were 4 other employees in the store when I got there one being a female management I assume as the uniform she had on. I think she thought it was more important to play around with 2 of the other employees as to help the poor girl on cash. I did get a little frustrated after 12 minutes waiting but assured the young cashier and the poor girl trying to help her get caught up as it was starting to get very busy. First time in all my years going to McDonald's I've ever experienced anything like that. Glad I wasn't getting dinner ????

This is one of the worst McDonalds that I have ever ate in. The floors are dirty as the road outside, the staff could care less about the pop machine being out of CO2, (Pop is flat), there were no napkins, the service was extremely slow, the ice machine had no ice, when I told staff about no napkins, pop machine they said that they could care less. No staff member left from behind the counter to check on anything in the lobby. The staff is extremely lazy.

I had to throw out my burger, it had cheese. After asking 4 times, I even said "please it's an expensive burger I have a dairy allergy no cheese". Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to! I only ordered a $5 meal and was parked and told to wait for the fries.... there are now FIVE cars parked! Are you kidding me? I'm from Hamilton ontario, the only time you get parked there is if you have a huge order. How is this Mcdonalds even functioning? It's the lunch rush and you run out of fries? There arent even that many people inside. Head office needs to look into this Mcdonalds. I just watched a truck sit at the 2nd window for 5 minutes waiting for 4 coffees. I'm still waiting for my fries and it's been more than 10 minutes..... last time this happened here my fries werent even hot.

As McDonald's go, this one seems to be running at half mass. During a rush (by small town standards ~8ppl & drive thru) your gonna wait a while to place your order unless you use the kiosk. Kiosk machines are always out of paper so good luck knowing your order number. Additional (McChicken) sauces exist only in styrofoam cups, not sealed packages like every other McDonalds, which they charge more then elsewhere for too. Food is, well it's McDonalds so pretty standard, par for course.

They got way more bad days then good. Always make sure to try your coffee at the window before pulling off, cause something as simple as a coffee is always screwed up. Either a very old pot of coffee or they don't add sugar. Friends have gotten sick eating here. The staff must be very incompetent. It's honestly worth the drive to go to New Liskeard from K.L. if you want better McDonald's.

I'm changing my review from a 4 star to a 1 star. While waiting to be served. The manager waited on the couple in front of me and then just walked away. He didn't even give the couple their order number. When I did get waited on. My order was 2 coffee . Both with sweetener and one with milk. Plus one was supposed to be decaffeinated. Both were regular coffee. Both had sugar in them ( I'm a diabetic) so not good and both had cream in them. That is like the 4th time. I been there and my coffee was messed up.

Slowest McDonalds in the world, been in the drive thu line for 20 minutes with only 2 other people in line. It would be quicker for me to drive home and make the food myself, one star service.

It's McDonalds. I just expect normal McDonalds service. Not at this location. The lady working the pay window was very cheerful, telling everyone to have a wonderful day and overall was just great. The inside of the building was very nice, looked very clean and the bathroom was clean so that's a plus.

Went to McDonald's today for the 1st time in a year - hadn't been in a long time, not because of Covid protocols or implications, just don't like the product or service - unfortunately, my daughter had given me a gift card. Ate in, hardly any using the dine in service. As ever with this particular branch, the food, a $22 order, was lukewarm at best and tasteless- in other words, the usual. Burger, fries, coffee the same (as was my wife's). Needless to say, this will be my last visit and I'll be sure to tell my colleagues and friends not to waste their money or time.

I don't come here often for the fact that they can never get our order right. My bf asked that they do not put onions on his burger as they make him sick. 30 mins we waited for our food. Finally get it to find out the burger HAD ONLY ONIONS! Long wait times, back is dirty (you can see from the waiting area the garbage etc. On the kitchen floor), constantly incorrect orders and bad service.
