If one ever needed a flatbed or recovery-truck, Bill at Pat Rogers is the guy to deal with. pricing is fair, service is excellent. One of the more reliable outfits in town or out in the country to deal with. Very fast They where out to do the pickup before I even finished paying for item to be towed.. Now that is service .

I'f your sour about the price of being towed away maybe just pay for parking or park on the street and pay the 15 dollar parking ticket don't be mad you tryed to avoid paying and cost yourself more. Being towed away is not the same as calling for a tow and company's do not patroll lots they are called so if you have been parked long enough for a land owner to notice and call and for the driver to get into his truck and drive to the car and tow it away. You were there longer then a min or a sec. Don't park in people's spots longer then you would want them in your own.

This company got me out of a serious jam...I haul cars was fully loaded with 10 units,heavy as hell went to turn out..(just a little tight) and my 5th wheel got caught on a concrete curb that was ground down, that I didn't see in mud..called Pat Rodgers said they would meet me in 30 was there in 25,mind you at 12:30 Saturday morning,great attitude had me out and rolling in 5..well worth the money I spent......THANK YOU Pat Rodgers Towing!!

Call to get a trailer lift. The dispatcher gave a estimated time of 45 minutes. I waited over an hour before I made arrangements with another company. When tried to cancel the dispatcher was very rude made racial slurs towards the East Indian community. “This is why we don’t help your type of people “. They also charged my Visa card for canceling. Avoid using these guys especially my Indian brothers when passing through Kingston avoid!!!!!!!!

The whole process was amazing!! I was given an ETA that was awesome. Truck showed up towed myself and load to where I had to go then towed it down to our own shop. Very highly recommend these guys to anyone anytime. Thank you again bill and crew you were a life saver.
