One of the worker(old man)at the Morgan’s, was very rude with me. He made some racial statements. Of course, i am client at the Morgan’s and need some time to verify the old parts. The worker seems to have real problem with that. The comments, he made was unbearable and really inappropriate.

Ordered parts were faulty and was charge restocking fee for not haveing the complete assembly of parts was charged restocking without mention of it tri s conatcting numeoris yikes for refund and the only answer I got was a check will be sent with indication of what’s deducted just a ignorant bunch of service guys who can’t answer to proper parts needs , and then try to personally blame their clients and harass them with hate comments . How about making a client aware of a part restocking fee before taking back and correcting the situation , we also called for the Same part twice and they are still selling it for the same price why not sell it cheaper now to the next set of client who happend to need it right after u charged ur first client for removing it . Worst place for parts do not go there they either give the wrong part of faulty part then expect a restock fee that’s thier real scam.

This place gives the wrong part or malfunction parts or half the parts then expects you to somehow make use of it , when part is of no use the state they deliver it and you return it they charge you . Biggest scam , worst seRvice and parts guarantee and the owner has no respect for his clients.

Good customer service when ordering a part... until you go to return the part that was sent incorrectly. Ordered a twin turbo cylinder head, paid by e-transfer and received a single turbo cylinder head; which wouldn't work for the customer. They explained they sent the wrong head and didn't have the correct one in stock. The head was sent back via Cardinal Couriers, billing reversed to them for sending the wrong part. Wouldn't send our money back e transfer, they said they only issue cheques (which isn't a huge deal). Receive the cheque via CARDINAL this morning after demanding it for over a week, to only notice it was docked $150 for them shipping it to us. Called and was told "We don't pay shipping" So not only do we get the wrong part, We have to pay shipping both ways for an incorrect part which they were AWARE of. Wondering if we're also being charged for them mailing a cheque at this point... This is not how you run a business.

Good quality parts Easy to deal with Great knowledge of trucks and equiptment There prices were very reasonable for the parts i got compared to other places i called for prices They allwoed me to look at the parts in stock and pick the part i thought was the best value for me I just read 2 post that weren t very good I bought a 13 d/o here 5 years ago i haul heavy steel trains and 4 axle and 4 axle end dump it has never gave me an issue it was 1500 $ cheaper Nor has any other parts i bought here including rear ends, suspention parts, engine parts including heads , compressors, rims My truck can be seen running hamilton to montreal every week pulling 4 axle roll tight
