The 2 young Gentlemen who came to help dispose of my friend's apartment contents were simply excellent! The morning of the day they came, the owner of the building decided that they would have to use the back staircase instead of the elevator because my friend had been a smoker. When I booked them, they were assured that there was an elevator to use. Not 1 single negative word was uttered regarding this change in plan, ... they just went with it! It cost a bit more because the job took longer, but it was worth every penny! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Wow! Is how I can describe my experience with JUST JUNK. First of all the website and booking a pick up was extremely easy. Joel called when the site says to expect a call. Joel and Mike were the 2 employees that came to take my junk away and they were absolutely cordial and courteous. Nice surprise when they finished, they even swept up so it looked like 8 never had a pile of junk on my driveway. Excellent job. I’ll be sure to recommend you to neighbours and others.

Quick and easy. Couldn't get the 10% discount even though when I called I told them I had it all in the driveway. Cost just under 200$ for less than 2 truck beds worth. If it wasn't time sensitive I'd shop around more for smaller jobs.

The removal persons dragged our couch on the hardwood floor leaving a 12 gash that is 1/8th inch deep in the wood at the entrance to our living space. Compensation was never offered despite letters being sent . Save yourself the destruction of your property and hire any other removal company including teenagers and a truck, anyone has to be better and a heck of a lot less expensive

Great team doing the collecting. They get 5 stars. However main office dispatched Kingston truck, 1:40 away vs. an Ottawa truck which would have been no more than 1:25, more likely 1:10. We are 55 km fom Kanata Centrum but 110 km to Old Hwy 38 at Princess St Kingston. That probably impacts price and makes no sense.

Michael (I’m 99% sure that’s his name but I’m horrible with Michael’s and Matthews...) was awesome. Suuuuper friendly on the phone and in person. He even went above and beyond with some small details and double checked some of the items to make sure I wasn’t throwing out anything important. I used their online estimate tool and thought that it was pretty reasonable so I booked them. They came to my house, looked at my small bit of stuff and jacked the price up to almost $300! Took them 5 minutes maybe to load what I had. It’s a ridiculous price for that service! I will not recommend nor use them again.
