Efficient, reliable, respectful ... and on top of that super fair and reasonable pricing. We have used them twice. Picked up yard waste and shed contents. Second time for a bin rental that required moving a freezer and an old bar from the basement. I would never call any other junk removal company.

Left a message and called us back in less then an hour . Answered all my questions. Fair price , and they accept all methods of payment for fees and deposits which is rare for a bin rental company. Will update after bin is dropped off and picked up. So far no complaints, perfect service .

I can't comment to the service Junk Out provides but I can comment one of their employee's. I was driving down Princess Street and one of their drivers literally flagged me down. When we came to a stop he let me know my tire was flat. In today's society where everyone is too busy looking out for themselves, this kid went out of the way to help. Thank you!

Hired this company to help clear out our garage. They showed up with a trailer full of stuff already and said they only had room for “a few things”... We hired them a week in advance to do a full load, and needed it done that day. I wouldn’t hire this company if you’re looking for someone reliable.

Mark has always scheduled us in promptly, come with friendly employees, and performed the work we needed quickly and efficiently. He even sweeps up when they are done ! We were doing some home renovations and junk was getting out of control. In the past we used Bagster Bags and liked the convenience instead of a bin but did not want to get hit with another $230+ pick-up fee. After doing some search on Kijiji, I emailed Junk Out and arranged a pick-up date through email. They responded very quick and answered a few of my questions. Before the date I arranged based on my availability, I received an email from Junk Out reminding me which I needed... especially with 100 things on the go. They arrived within 5 minutes of the specified time; very punctual crew. Before they arrived I managed to get all my stuff to the curb, which helped a lot; they were in and out within 15 minutes and cost was about 1/5th the price I would pay for a Bagster Pickup, or about 1/15th the price of paying for a stationary bin. What made this a five star review and not just a four star was you get to deal with polite, well mannered business owners who are running a legitimate business. We are still doing renovations and we have already decided we will be a repeat customer! Truly a pleasure, and rare in todays landscape. Highly recommended; will definitely use again.

Junk Out came today in a heat wave and didn't let anything slow them down. They were cheerful and efficient, gave me a great estimate and came in under that price. I was so impressed with the quality of their service and with the three of them personally. They cared about my job which was not a huge one but important to me. I thought their skill levels, in backing up a shiny new black truck with a big trailer in the tiny space I had was particularly remarkable. I sure will call them again the next time I need help. I was new to Kingston and just moved into a new home. I had ordered beds and bed frames from IKEA to prepare for company visiting the next week and I was pressed for time. I needed to get rid of some old furniture and bookcases the next day before the new things came. I called Friday morning and spoke to Mark, and he was very helpful. He could not guaranteed they'd make it the next day, but told me he'd call me back later that day to give me an answer. Mark got back to me (I didn't have to chase him down like some other contractors and and tradesmen I've dealt with) and gave me the go ahead. The next day they were on time, polite and pleasant, and careful. If there was something they thought might not fit down the staircase, they took it apart to be safe. I highly recommend Mark and his company if you need to be rid of some things. Picking Mark is a no brainer. Dave Smith
